"Really nice stay, internet was good, met Michelle the owner, nice lady, right where we needed to be,only one small complaint, and that was Becky, so really have to comment here, SHE WAS TO NICE, ha ha, a lovely sweet lady is Becky, she went out of her way to look after us, with parking etc. we really liked her, a credit to the hotel, thankyou Becky"

"The only bad point was the awful mattress.
For me it was just worn out.
But, the price paid and everything else was unbeatable.
The full English was amazing value for money cooked just right and lots of it, superb.
A lovely stay in a great seafront room.

"Lovely quiet and massive grounds covered in nature and very well kept, the accomodations were lovely and everything whilst on the higher end price wise was worth every penny. Would happily return. Some of the staff really set the hotel apart by being more accomodating than most "

"We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we checked in the staff were very accommodating. Our room was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa which was superb. We then relaxed with room service. A wonderful stay and will definitely return."

"Such a nice little gem outside of London as a stop if you’re travelling through or a base if you’re exploring the eastern countryside.
The food was particularly delicious and the generous portion sizes will not leave anyone disappointed.

"Very central so walk to anywhere in the town. Quirky but very acceptable. Some people wouldn't like some aspects but good for one night. Would stay again. No parking but street parking lets you park 3 hours before 8pm and after 8am. Unfortunately I misread the signs and parked on a disabled. An extra £35!"
