"Very good place to stay. All of the accommodations were excellent. The only difficulty--and this is no fault of the apartment itself--was that it snowed and the roads did not get plowed the morning I needed to get out and it was nearly impossible to drive up the huge hill unplowed. If I hadn't had a four-wheel drive rental car, I would have been stuck. Just FYI, regarding weather and conditions of the resort. It is very hilly and road care could have been much better."

But it is "on the market" as a rental and you have an obligation given that to manage a few things well for your customers. That is clearly not being done with this property. "This place worked out pretty well for a quick snowboarding trip. The condo is a bottom level, the entrance is around the back of the building. If there are people in the condo above you, you'll hear the louder noises come through. Everything was clean and in good shape, except for the door and electronic lock. "We were there for our son’s wedding. We reserved the 2 condos back in April. We traveled from South Carolina to Vermont with our parents who ranged from mid 70’s to early 80’s. There was 8 of us total. We only spent one night out of 4 on your property, we had to leave due to the condition of the units.
