  • Modern and cheerful villa in Javea, on the Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 6 persons. The house is situated in a rural and wooded beach area. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful lawned garden with gravel and trees, a large wonderful pool and beautiful views of the sea, the valley and the mountains. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, sports activities, places to go out, sights and culture make this an ideal villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends and even your pets.

Wir waren nun bereits zum sechsten Mal in diesem Tollen Anwesen, das Haus sowie das Grundstück waren wie üblich in einem Super gepflegten Zustand und es fühlt sich für uns an wie nach Hause zu kommen! Wir genießen unseren Urlaub jedes Mal von der ersten Minute an. Dank seiner etwas außerhalb gelegenen Lage ist und bleibt für uns ein Platz zum entspannen und erholen.

Casa de ensueño. Tanto el emplazamiento, como el diseño de la casa y el increíble jardín con su piscina...todo de 10. Además está perfectamente equipada para que no te falte de nada. Repetiremos seguro.

Auch jetzt nach mehrfacher Buchung dieser ...

Auch jetzt nach mehrfacher Buchung dieser Villa, ist es nach wie vor ein Genuss hier seine Ferien zu verbringen. Das Grundstück, der Pool, der Garten sowie das gesamte Haus bieten von der ersten Minute Entspannung und Erholung. Für uns ist es einfach wie nach Hause kommen. Die Aussicht auf den Montgo sowie die Bucht von Javea faszinieren uns immer wieder aufs Neue. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen ist die zufahrt zum Haus welche schon immer ein wenig Abenteuerlich war, aber leider von Jahr zu Jahr immer übler wird.

Jolie maison dans un cadre de rêve avec une superbe piscine

Très jolie maison bien agencée avec climatisation dans toutes les chambres et la salle à manger/salon. Grand jardin paysagé avec une piscine extraordinaire (piscine assez profonde, les petits enfants n'auront pas pied). La vue est superbe: entre la montagne et la mer au loin. Aucun vis à vis. Ambiance reposante et très calme. Attention à la clôture: muret un peu bas si vous avez un chien fugueur... Equipement parfait, surtout le barbecue dont il faut profiter absolument. Possibilité de garer plusieurs véhicules dont 2 à l'ombre. Point de vigilance: l'accès à la villa un petit peu difficile à trouver

Amazing Views but Needs work

The power tripped 6 or 7 times the first day including in the middle of the night while we were asleep. Same the second day. The third day the electrician visited and turned off a faulty pool pump mitigating the issue to once or twice a day (e.g. When using the stove or oven). Worth noting the pool is not heated. Close to the last day it rained a lot and it was discovered the intermittently working gate had an electrical fault as well. There are no bins near the property at all, closest one almost 4km away. The road to the property is very uneven gravel, washed out by the rain. Only suitable for vehicles with lots of clearance. It's somewhat remote and hard to access. The good news is, the views from the property are amazing. The property itself is fairly well maintained. The check-in/out process is cumbersome, the agent's office is far from the property.

Amazing views and pool

We have a great family holiday here. The building itself isn't large but plenty of space to cater for 3 bedrooms. The view is amazing as is the pool - really relaxing and the kids loved it. The pool doesn't have a shallow end for small children so bring floats etc. Only one negative in a long list of positives - My wife and I didn't sleep well the whole stay. The pillows were like small cushions (and really bad cheap ones at that) rather than pillows. I ended up using the pads form the garden furniture and wrapping them in a towel! Such as shame when easy to fix and eveything else so good. In addition, the beds were really hard - in-laws were happy but I was actually sore in the mornings! BBQ is gas - you don't need to buy coals! Watch out - the drain can get blocked so don't let any food get down them. Our dishwasher got blocked whilst we were there but was fixed on the same day! Check in was a little irritating - we arrived early knowing we probably wouldn't be able to check in. Was told that the villa would be ready between 4&6pm when we expected it to be 4 at the latest. As it turns out, when we returned to the office just after 4, it was ready. But by then, a large queue of others which we still have to wait behind. All in all, a fantastic holiday and pretty sure will be back!

Wir waren nun bereit zum dritten Mal in ...

Wir waren nun bereit zum dritten Mal in diesem herrlichen Mietobjekt, und haben die zwei Wochen Urlaub gemeinsam mit unseren Hunden und Freunden absolut genossen! Das Haus, der Garten ( besonders der Pool) sowie die ruhige Lage und die fantastische Aussicht laden zum verweilen und entspannen (bereits ab der ersten Minute) geradezu ein! Vielen Dank, auch wieder, an das Team von Aguila Rent für den abermals tollen Support! wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf :-)

Wir haben die Villa Orlando nun zum wiederholten ...

Wir haben die Villa Orlando nun zum wiederholten male gebucht und der Gesamteindruck sowie der Wohlfühlfaktor ist enorm gut. Der tolle Garten mit Ausblick sowohl auf das Meer wie auch den Montgo ist einfach nur herrlich. Das Haus bietet nahezu jeden erdenklichen Komfort, der Pool ist einfach nur klasse und man genießt die Erholung ab der ersten Sekunde. Die zufahrt zum Haus ist nach wie vor ein wenig Abenteuerlich :-) aber die Villa entschädigt dafür total!! Jederzeit würde ich die Villa Orlando wieder mieten und freue mich bereits heute auf das nächste mal!

Eine Villa wie man es sich vorstellt. Absolute ...

Eine Villa wie man es sich vorstellt. Absolute Privatsphäre und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Innenbereich ist gut ausgestattet und die Matratzen sind für einen erholsamen Schlaf sehr gut geeignet. In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist ausreichend gross und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist der sehr grosse Aussenbereich mit einem super schönen Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir können diese Villa absolut weiter empfehlen.

Herbstferien in Javea

Die Villa ist Toll!!! Der Aussenbereich ein Traum. Riesiger Pool, bequeme Liegen, viel Platz zum verweilen. Man sieht das gewisse Möbel gebraucht werden. Auch wetterbedingte Abnutzungen sind zu erkennen. Viel eigenanschaffungen für den Aufenthalt erforderlich (WC Papier, Servietten, Gewürze, usw.) In der Nacht viel gebell durch Hunde in der Umgebung mich hats nicht gestört. Leider waren die Fernbedienungen unauffindbar, sodass wir die Klimaanlage nicht nutzen konnten!! Javea ist eine schöne Stadt. Ich würde die Villa wieder buchen.

Ein Haus, indem man sich einfach wohlfühlen ...

Ein Haus, indem man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss! Das Grundstück wie der Pool sind einfach traumhaft. Alle Räume innen, ebenso wir die Terrassen sehr geschmackvoll ausgestaltet. Der Garten lädt zum meditieren ebenso ein wie zum netten Grillabend mit Musik und Spaß. Ich war nun diverse Male mit unterschiedlichen Freundinnen dort: stets große Begeisterung! Komplett alles soll einfach so bleiben wie es ist! Wir kommen jährlich wieder.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist absolut korrekt. Wunderbare Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses eine glatte 10 !!!!! Der Pool ein Traum. Wir konnten uns jeden Tag an der tollen Aussicht erfreuen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

In diesem phantastischen Haus haben wir ...

In diesem phantastischen Haus haben wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt. Ein traumhafter Blick, ein wunderschönes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus und eine bestens ausgestattete Küche. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Javea und am Strand. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
