Fontana is an apartment located just 500 meters from the Arenal beach of Jávea, a tourist place in the middle of the Costa Blanca, known worldwide, where you can visit a large number of restaurants, bars and shops along the promenade, town urban and marina, in addition to the Golf Course and several tennis courts.

The apartment is located on the second line of the sea, a few meters from the Fontana canal, it is a very active and lively area in the summer months, as well as in winter. It is an apartment block with several community pools, a children's playground, green areas and underground parking.

Fontana is located on the 1st floor and has access by elevator or stairs. It is an apartment with 3 rooms with air conditioning, one double with an ensuite bathroom and 2 rooms with single beds, which share a bathroom. A fully equipped modern kitchen, with a patio where the washing machine and dryer are located. In addition, Fontana offers a spacious living room with air conditioning and a large balcony with views.
There is a parking space in the basement. It is ideal for those who do not want to use the car during the holidays and want to be in a very central location.
