The first bedroom on this floor is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from air conditioning and forced-air heating, with direct access to a private balcony. The second bedroom also features 1 French bed of 180 cm by 200 cm and is served by a shower and WC, with exits leading to the terrace and the swimming pool. A large, fully equipped kitchen completes this level, also opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool. An additional shower and WC is available on this floor.
