3 Bedroom Villa with air conditioning and large swimming pool

Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this superb villa set amongst the orange groves in the beautiful unspoiled valley of Javea only a few kilometres away from Javea town and beach.

This 3 bedroomed 3 bath roomed villa is part of two separate villas joined together which we offer for rent as a 3 bedroom option as well as a 6 bedroomed property. When being rented as a 3 bedroomed option you will have exclusive use of all the facilities including swimming pool large grounds including fruit orchard, plenty of parking. There is a pool table, T/T table and table football game

The villa consists of 1 twin bedded ground floor bedroom with adjacent family bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and large en suite bathrooms.

There is a fully fitted kitchen containing oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, additional drinks fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine.

A beautifully furnished lounge/dining area with satellite television and optic fibre unlimited Internet access.

To the front of the villa is a south facing sunny terrace for Al Fresco dining and a seating area for relaxing.

Alternatively, you can sunbathe beside the large swimming pool surrounded by lawns, relax under the covered poolside terrace. In the evening enjoy your meal by the pool enhanced by underwater lights and around the garden make a beautiful peaceful display. The hedges and fences offer complete privacy and you are welcome to enjoy the fruits in the orchard in season, such as oranges, lemons, grapes, figs and grapefruits.

Javea town with its restaurants shops and beaches is only a five minute drive away. Tennis, golf, bowling, sea sports, cycling and walking are available in close proximity.

The size of the plot is 3,700 square metres. The size of the villa is 253 square metres.



This Villa has its own private swimming pool grounds orchards and plenty of parking spaces exclusively for the use of guests.

Last minute lifesaver!

After our original villa was cancelled 2 days prior to our hols we were frantically searching for somewhere else....and what a gem we found! The villa is actually 2 in 1 which suits a larger group or our 4 person group. You have access to all the facilities which are plentiful yet you only access half the villa itself....very cleverly done. The hosts Barbara, Tony and Brian immediately answered any queries and were super helpful and friendly. The large pool is immaculately kept with plenty of loungers and also a fab double canopy lounger on the top lawn for a quieter time out. The swallows also join u in the evening if you eat on the front patio area! I would say that you definitely need a car to get about as although we are keen walkers, there arent really suitable safe paths everywhere. There is an array of fruit in the orchard so we had delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice every morning which was a bonus! Take some mozzie repellant as they love the area near the orchard! All in all a fab villa with fab hosts! Would highly recommend x

Suciedad a punta pala

Pues nos vamos decepcionados muy decepcionados. La casa no está mal, pero terriblemente sucia muy sucia. Días antes pregunte al propietario si estaba desinfectada para el covid y me aseguraron que si. No he visto más suciedad en ventanas, baño con mil pelos tengo más de 15 fotos . Hay dos puertas de entrada ninguna cerrada. Te sientes inseguro y con riesgo de que entre quien quiera. Mosquitos a millones y avispas en la piscina miles. El jardín super super dejado ......es una lastima ya que está bien situada, pero se nota que no le prestan nada de atención de ningún tipo una pena.

The of rustic Spain Charm - wonderful outdoor spaces and very large pool.

We had a lovely time at the villa. We only gave 24 hours notice of our booking - Tony and Baraber were wonderful in accommodating at such short notice and popped the pool heating straight on, lovely couple, so friendly and helpful. The house is slightly dated which the photos reflect and could do with a little TLC but the house and garden are very charming and Spanish, this makes up for it. The quality and detail when built would have been top level. Outside is such an energising space with lots of room and outdoor games. The pool is not visible from inside the property but is quite large. We used the juicer every morning and the fruit from the garden - delightful! I cooked 50% of the time and had every thing I needed and more. The location was absolutely perfect for us. Thank you for sharing your home.

Fantastic villa - great facilities and location

A very spacious and well-equipped villa with amazing outside spaces to eat, play and relax. The pool was superb as were the villa grounds. Each bedroom has air conditioning, bathrooms spacious and kitchen has everything you need. The villa is only a few minutes drive from beaches and restaurants. Tony and Barabara were very helpful and on-hand if any advice or information was needed. A fantastic villa and we will re-book in the future.
