Wooded Bliss 2

We've decided to rent out the bottom floor of our home in addition to the entire home. So this is the account for the 1st floor only. That way our place is available for guests of 6 or less for a reasonable fee. There is room to put an air mattress down if needed for up to 8 guests and we have a queen air mattress. The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The open living area has a dining table that seats 8 with 2 extra chairs if needed. The living room has a large TV, sofa and love seat. You can watch TV by streaming or use the antenna. There is also a DVD player and a large selection of dvds. Also free Starlink WIFI.
The large covered deck out the back door is 16 x 50. It has 2 large tables with 6 chairs each. There are extra chairs and a smaller table. On the deck there is a large stainless sink for cleaning fish, Blackstone griddle, two-burner cooker and BBQ pit. The Blackstone griddle and two-burner cooker are hooked up to a propane line. The deck also has the extra refrigerator and the closet with the washing machine and dryer.
The lake house is .4 of a mile to the boat ramp and beach area in our neighborhood. The Umphrey Family Pavilion and boat ramp is about 8 miles from the lake house on 255. The National Forest is about 1 mile from the lake house for hunting.
The city of Brookeland is about 10 miles from the house and has several restaurants, a Dollar General, a meat market, tackle shops and a few gas stations. Six miles away on hwy 63 is a Dollar General and a couple of gas stations. There is also the Catfish Hut and a BBQ stand on hwy 63. The city of Jasper is about 20 miles away and has plenty of restaurants, a Wal Mart, Lowe's, Walgreens, grocery store and a hospital.
Rayburn Country resort and golf course is 12 miles away from the lake house.
