The Space:
This cozy condo has a gorgeous lake view from the deck so be sure to enjoy your morning cup of coffee out there.

Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom and closet to allow for maximum privacy and convenience.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the dining room comfortably seats 4.

A few things to note:

-access to the condo from the parking spots requires going down 4-5 stairs. Entry into the condo has 4-5 stairs up to the main living area. There are no other stairs.
- parking is limited to 2 assigned spots. Additional parking is available in the spots labeled "Guest"

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo and the 2 assigned parking spots.

Guests are able to use any of the Big Canoe community amenities however, these come at additional fees paid directly to the association and are NOT included in your reservation.

Big Canoe welcomes our guests to experience the private country club lifestyle. Indulge your passion for golf, tennis, boating, beach club, fishing, paddle board, kayak, gym, heated pool, sauna, and clubhouse dining. (Not included in the booking. Available for purchase at daily rate)

Wildcat Pool and Splash Pad:

104,000 gallon lap pool Kiddie Pool with zero entry play area splash zone. Bathrooms with showers and baby-changing stations. Covered Pavilion with fans, lights and fireplace (first-come first-serve or available for rental)

Other Things to Note:
Big Canoe is a gated community and any guests must register at the gate prior to gaining entry. Don’t worry- we will contact them prior to your arrival so that they can have your guest pass ready when you arrive. In order to do that, you’ll need to provide us with the names of any drivers.
