RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.

Main house: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath
Guest house: 1 bedroom, 1 bath (guest house is attached to the main house)
Sleep 16 in Beds, Max occupancy is 20

Spacious 5 br/ 3.5 bath house located near Lewis Smith Lake Dam and Duskin Point Marina. Two bedrooms on main level and two bedrooms upstairs. Main living area has an open floor plan with den that leads into the updated kitchen, granite counter tops and Wolf Stove/oven. Breakfast table overlooks the lake. Dining room seats 6, with more seating at the bar (4) and kitchen table (4-6). Large lakeside deck, with plenty of seating, for you to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. The attached Guest house has a kitchen, living area, private BR and bath. It also has a deck that overlooks the lake.

Year-round water. Gentle walk to the water. Swim pier on dock. Boat slip included with rental. Power on the dock. Kayak available for guest's use.

WiFi internet Spectrum. YouTube TV provided and availability to Netflix, Amazon Prime.

Gas grill and charcoal grill.

Bedroom 1: Two Queen size beds - main floor
Bedroom 2: - Queen size bed - lakeside main floor
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed and two twin size beds - second floor
Bedroom 4: Queen size bed and two twin size beds - second floor . Plus additional sofa bed.
Guest House: Queen bed and additional sleeping sofa.

Peak Season: No Saturday to Saturday rentals. (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday are fine). 5 night minimum on 4th of July week.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Lake Vacation
We really enjoyed the location if the property. The ease of access to the boat launch at the dam was wonderful. We kayaked, wake boarded, fished, etc. The back porch was amazing! There were a few issues with the house itself. The dishwasher did not work consistently. The guest house air conditioner was problematic. We had to keep filling jt up with water for it to cool at all, but it was definitely not keeping that space cool even when functioning properly. Also, the guest house smelled like mildew. We tried to air it out and light candles, but it was just musty. The cleanliness of the whole property was subpar. There had definitely been a dog in the main house at some point. I cleaned the bathroom we used after we got there because there was mildew in the shower and bugs in the large bathtub. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation and the location of the house, but the property itself could use some TLC.

Beautiful location
We loved the property and the space. When we checked in we had some problems with certain areas not being clean. We reported to the property management company and they quickly addressed the issue. We loved the location and the space - plenty of dishes ljnens, towels, etc. overall great place and we would visit again. Thank you.

Awesome week!
Enjoyed our stay very much. Biggest advantage was the lack of many stairs. The back deck was our favorite place to gather in the mornings for coffee and late evenings for the sunset. Everyone had a bed!Our location was perfect for our water sport family.

Great location
Great location as far as being somewhat centered on the lake. You can see Duskin Point Marina across the lake. The only downside is your 15 min from any grocery store or dollar general.

Everything we hoped for!
We selected this home to host our extended family for Thanksgiving. The home is beautiful and the layout was perfect for everyone from age 7 to 83. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner and even has 2 refrigerators for all the leftovers. The highlight was, of course, the incredible view of the lake. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit Smith Lake.
