Cova de l'Ós

Very large room, with wardrobe and many drawers. We had two single beds (inclining)- very comfortable. Electric blackout blinds. Tv with few channels (but not many). Free WiFi. Kettle and two mugs. Staff very respectful and helpful. Highly recommended!!!! 25 min walk from train station (with luggage ;) Straight forward walk to town centre (old town) Many convenience shops (old, good „Żabka”) around.

We had two rooms for our group, and honestly, the view was gorgeous and totally made it worth it. However, the rooms had some issues. One bathroom had a really strong urine smell—we told reception, but nobody did a thing. In the other room, the shower was pretty much unusable because the water kept swinging between boiling hot and freezing cold. ​Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but for what we paid, we definitely expected better upkeep and service!

My first stay at the Hotel Mercure was wonderful. All the staff members were very kind and friendly. The hotel places a strong emphasis on ecology, which is a huge plus. The water dispensers on every floor are a fantastic idea and a very eco-friendly solution! The food was varied and delicious, and everything was clean and pleasant. These four days at the Hotel Mercure were the perfect way to round off my latest visit to wonderful Wrocław! Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay!!!!
