This elegant 8-room villa of 230 m2 spreads across 2 levels and welcomes up to 9 guests, offering a thoughtfully designed interior that combines modern comfort with generous living spaces. Fully refurnished in 2024 with very modern furnishings, the property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed across both floors, ensuring a comfortable and well-organized stay for the entire group.

On the ground floor, a large interconnecting room serves as the main living area, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto the garden. A second room on this floor features 1 sofabed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor also includes a shower with WC and a separate WC, as well as an open kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a kettle, and a freezer, with direct access to the terrace.

On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and both open onto the balcony. A further bedroom on this level is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from access to the balcony. The upper floor is completed by 2 shower rooms with WC. Throughout the villa, floor heating provides an additional layer of warmth and comfort.
