Alles perfekt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Maslenica. Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist mega nett und hat uns des öfteren mit kleinen Leckereien überrascht. Das Meer vor der Tür ist total klar und so schön. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Super erholsamer Urlaub

Es war ein ganz toller, ruhiger Ort, der uns 2 sehr entspannte Wochen beschert hat. In dem Ort gibt es mehrere kleine Supermärkte und 3 Restaurants/Beach Bars, mit der besten Pizza überhaupt. Hier kann man super mit Kindern Urlaub machen aber auch als Erwachsene entspannen. Partys gibt es hier nicht, haben wir aber auch nicht gewollt. Nach Zadar fährt man ca. 30 Minuten, dort erwartet einen eine wunderschöne Altstadt und ein traumhafter Sonnenuntergang an einem riesigen Pier. Eine tolle Bootstour hat uns einen herrlichen Tag beschert, ist zu buchen vorm Restaurant Biser. Das Appartement war mehr als sauber. Die Besitzerin hatte uns Saft und Bier kaltgestellt. Mega freundlich. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist jeden Morgen wieder wunderschön. Jasenice und dieses Apartment kann ich voll und ganz weiterempfehlen!!!

Excellent stay, I'd come back anytime.

Stayed here in August 2016. We had a great time in Maslenica. The apartment is clean and well furnished, the air condition and the wireless work excellently. The great plus of the apartment is the outside seating area and sunbeds on the balcony with the sea view. The apartment is literally less than a two minutes walk from the nicest part of the pebbled beach in Maslenica, which is never overcrowded, even in August. The hosts are gracious and very friendly and did all they could to accommodate us and make our stay nice (the Rubinics do not speak English or German, but we worked it out). Generally, the apartment is situated very nicely: Zadar is about 25 minutes away (anything you could want shopping-wise and one of the nicest old towns in Croatia), Paklenica national park is 10 minutes away (fantastic hiking) and the Plitvice Lakes are about a 1:45 h drive, so very doable as a daytrip (very crowded in the summer but very much worth the trip). We also visited the near Cerovac caves (40 minute drive) and did a guided kayak tour on the Zrmanja river (also great fun, while perfectly safe, e.g. Riva Rafting Centar, Obrovac, 20 minutes). Ein unvergessener Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung und Wohlfühlferienwohnung.

In der Ferienwohnung fühlten wir uns von Anfang an wohl. Unsere Tochter hatte ihr eigenes Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Prunkstück der Wohnung war die Terrasse mit überdachtem Freisitz. Von hier hatte man einen wundervollen Blick über das Novigrader Meer. Mit den Vermietern hatte wir im Vorfeld schon Kontakt per E-Mail aufgenommen. Der angenehme elektronische Kontakt setzte sich vor Ort fort. Wünsche und Fragen konnten immer beantwortet werden. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und herzlichst aufgenommen. Der Strand war nur einen Steinwurf (ca. 80 m) entfernt. Der Ort Maslenica selbst besticht durch seine Natürlichkeit, fernab des Massentourismus. Die Region Norddalmatien bietet zudem unendlich viele verschiedene Attraktionen für jedermann. Wir würden die Wohnung und das Reiseziel Freunden und Bekannten mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
