"Such a beautiful, relaxing place, in an amazing setting. The gardens are fabulous, not just the cactus garden but all the different fruits and flowers, with peacocks wandering around, it was magical. There is a lovely cafe/restaurant, only downside it wasnt open every day for dinner but that wasnt a problem for us, as there are eateries within walking distance or a short bus ride away. "Hotel and room was fantastic, old Italian country style. The beach, layout, sun beds on the cliff, the epic scenery and even different style of tiles in every single room - what makes it so special. Minus was a lack of non fish/seafood option as my partner doesn’t eat it but other that that food was good for me. "

"A hidden gem up the Forio hillside but worth the challenging drive. Best service (management is superb with fantastic recommendations), transfers and shuttles to Local area. Excellent massages. Loved our room inside and out. Views of ocean and sunset are hard to match. Will return!"

"I liked the rooftop, the cocktail options on the rooftop, the breakfast pastries were divine, and the staff kind, professional and efficient. I witnessed the best lightening storm on the Sea from my room. So cool! The walls are thin so you hear your neighbor. Some ants and little nuisance bugs but that's Italy. "

"This is the perfect lodging for your stay in Ischia. It's a short drive from the Ischia marina, where the ferry drops you off, but the public bus (less than 3€ a ride) is right outside of the hotel to get you back to the Ischia Marina where there are countless bars and restaurants, as well as the main shopping on the island, or to Fario where you unlock another world of the island. So convenient! The hotel staff themselves are so accommodating, as well. The staff during our stay didn't speak...

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa DiMeglio. My husband‘s family is from Ischia and it was fun to be meeting people that could possibly be our relatives. The hotel was a little oasis! Great hospitality, wonderful food, and very clean environment. We loved going on the rooftop at night and listening to Mario sing. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying on the island. "Its a family run hotel, everyone was very helpful and kind! It has private access to the beach too,close to all local amenities and public transport. Hotel could benefit from some upgrading so giving more business to them can help to transform it in the future. Also it was very quiet at night,big plus. I rarely spend any time in hotels,i only need a quiet and clean and safe place to sleep and wash,and this was perfect for me. And very affordable!"
