"Great location and our suite was lovely with a large shower based on European standards. The room also had air conditioning which is a plus but the coffee maker was not working. There is car parking available on site but the process is not good - the instructions state you can pre-reserve a car parking spot on either P1 or P2 but after my husband tried to enter the P1 level and wasted 15 minutes only then did the front desk advise that level P2 was available. "We stayed one night, and the room was spacious enough for my son and me. The hotel room's AC wasn't working, and I called the front desk. The very nice man came into the room to see if he could fix the problem, but he couldn't. He offered a new room or to bring a fan to us, and we opted for the latter, as I didn't want to pack up our luggage again. The breakfast room and service were beautiful, and the hotel location was walkable to the old centre."

"Some staff ok but others very deceitful they have a massive problem with a leaking water pipe that they cannot locate so the noise is going on all the working days. I would strongly recommend don't book this hotel or Expedia advertising it on their website untill things are sorted out and that could be weeks"

"Preisgünstige Unterkunft. Für 3 Personen im Zimmer zwar bisschen eng, aber für die 1 Nacht reichte es vollkommen. Ist zwar etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber mir der U2 Straßenbahn bzw. U-Bahn ist das Zentrum sehe schnell zu erreichen. Parkplatz gegen Bezahlung, oder von 18 bis 8 Uhr in den Nebenstraßen kostenlos. Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen, die 17.90€ pro Kopf würden wir nicht ausnutzen."
