"Cleaning of the room was very poorly done and very late. One day we came back from our daytrip and was not cleaned yet. Second day we arrived at night and the door of the bed room was left fully opened with a cradle!! Service personnel were very nice and offered a free breakfasr, it was nice and nothing finally happened, all was ok inside the room. Thank god it was Japan!"

"Location is superb, with a rail station only by a 5 minute walk. Kokusai street area is convenient for transportation options and tours, specially if you don’t have the chance to rent a car. Facilities were ok, felt a little old but nothing horrible, they had a sign indicating that renovations were happening during our stay. The hotel has a pool, and you’re able to use it until 10 pm, they provide towels but they give you a gentle notice that big tattoos need to be covered. However, they...

"We had a great time! I’m a big Sanrio fan so I was so happy when we found this hotel. The lobby is decorated Sanrio themed and has a gift shop with merch I haven’t seen before! The rooms were themed based on the characters. Overall we had a great stay and staff was so friendly! "

"Breakfast was great and had lots of varieties. They have a great selection of Blue Seal ice cream so that was a huge plus for me! Staff were nice and efficient. Room is a bit small however. Construction was ongoing during our stay so a little but of an inconvenience. There was a bath on top floor but was unable to try. People with tattoos aren’t allowed as most public baths. "
