"Room was great, clean and very nice. The staff was so nice. The bell boy was absolutely amazing, wish I knew his name. They had great amenities and complementary beer and wine which was amazing. That is the first time I have stayed in this hotel or any hotel in Eugene. Top notch service and a great location. Will definitely be back"
