"Loved the outdoor pool."

"Property at the end of the stay tried to bill us for double the stay. Instead of being forth coming in the beginning of the stay, they waited until the end to run my credit card multiple times for different amounts. We finally came to an agreement at the end however we ended up paying more than what was booked with Expedia."

"I was checking out this morning and was waiting in the queue. However, several people who arrived after me were allowed to go ahead of me. When I raised this issue with the receptionist, a staff member named Nazam, he raised his voice at me and told me to go back and stand behind them. I found his behavior rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This incident completely ruined my day and spoiled what had otherwise been an enjoyable holiday. "The room was nice, small, but very practical. I loved the bathroom (waterfall showerhead, bidet, etc). Checked out the pool on the rooftop and it was really nice too (didn’t get the chance to use it sadly but everyone who was using it looked so happy). The buffet style breakfast in the morning was PHENOMENAL. The mall next door was super useful and you could fine all sort of restaurants,shops, etc. I would love to stay here again when I visit Singapore."
