"Everything was as said but water would run out unexpectedly and last many hours sometimes even almost whole day, air conditioning in master bedroom was not functioning as should, it was on a timer and at one point in time it just wasn’t working, no hot water at all."

"The check in process was easy. I loved the apartment complex, the location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It’s a 4 minute drive to the monument. Puerto Plata was a 1hr 15 min drive, which was lovely. I enjoyed my stay in Santiago, the city is beautiful."

"Everything went well, the only problem we had was the fact that the downstairs neighbor kept complaining about our kids making too much noise even though we were gone all day. The host was very accommodating, very kind, very communicative. She listened to both sides of the story, and everything worked out in the end. Overall, I would recommend anyone stays here. We were also in a very central location, and were able to drive to a lot of places."

"The first night it was okay, we had electricity and running water. The next day it was hell the owner or property manager didn’t pay the electricity. We had our water and electricity shut off. Despite of trying to get in contact with anyone there was no solution. We were forced to book into a hotel and had to pack up everything. "The sound of the river was so majestic we asked owner to turn off waterfalls in pool! Beautiful outdoor space. We played cards one night on the pool deck. Close to town and adventurous activities. Only negatives were shower was cold and pool was colder, but that didn't stop us."
