Escape to Shady Willow Acres, a private 9,000 sq. ft. getaway set on 99 beautiful acres. With room for up to 22 guests, it’s a great spot for family gatherings, group getaways, retreats, or just a relaxing weekend away.



There’s plenty to do without ever leaving the property. Play a round on the indoor pickleball court, catch a movie in the home theater, hang out in the game room, or head outside to explore the private trails and ponds. With mature trees, rolling hills, ridges, valleys, and plenty of wildlife, there’s always something to take in.



Our 7-bedroom home with 6 full bathrooms and 3 half baths was designed with groups in mind, with tons of space to gather or spread out and get comfortable.



The main floor has several sitting areas, a formal dining room, spacious kitchen, five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two half baths, laundry, and the indoor pickleball court. The large primary suite also includes a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.



Downstairs, you’ll find another full kitchen, plenty of lounge space, a home theater, pool table and darts, a poker room, arcade games, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and one half bath.



Outside, there’s a large deck and patio with grills, plenty of seating, and a fire pit—perfect for hanging out after a day of exploring. Take a walk along the property’s trail system, go cross-country skiing in the winter, check out the two ponds, and keep an eye out for deer, pheasants, turkeys, ducks, and geese.
