The Space:

This luxurious double penthouse—your private mansion at Spanish Water Marina—offers both in abundance. With 350 m² of elegantly designed tropical living space, you’ll enjoy comfort, privacy, and stunning surroundings in one of Curaçao’s most desirable areas near Jan Thiel Beach.

The mansion comprises two spacious, fully equipped penthouses, each featuring its own living area, kitchen, terrace, and separate entrance. Please note that there is no connecting door between the two units, making it ideal for larger families or groups who want to stay together while still enjoying their own space and privacy.

Both living rooms are styled with calming tropical décor and cozy furnishings, creating the perfect environment to relax, cool down, and spend quality time with your loved ones. Wide doors open up to large terraces with breathtaking views over the Spanish Water Lagoon, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

Each penthouse features a modern, fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals or try out local recipes. The adjacent dining areas offer a lovely view and transform into an intimate setting at night.

The accommodation includes a total of six bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and shower. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, providing a luxurious place to rest, while the remaining four bedrooms feature single beds that can be comfortably joined together to create double beds—ideal for accommodating flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.
