This property was very beautiful. The views were wonderful. They had everything stocked well, plenty of towels, pillows, and sheets. There were a varity of books availablefor all age levels, puzzles and games, drawing supplies, and some toys. Two issues that were difficult for our group were the many levels and stairs we had to use each day. Everything was on a different level so you had to use stairs every time you went from the kitchen to the living room or if you were in the living room and need the restroom. If you’re older with any knee problems or back problems, this is a big issue. Also the beds were not as comfortable as they could’ve been. The upstairs bed was fairly comfortable. The middle floor bed was OK but the main bed on the lowest floor was terrible. It felt like I was sleeping on box springs. The children’s bed was probably the most comfortable. One other thing that would have been more helpful would to give more directions for the heating or air-conditioning units. It was something I was totally unfamiliar with and none of us knew exactly what we were doing so we had a very hot night the first night. We also had to search and find which switches worked the many lights. It was a very convenient location that made it easy to get to Syracuse, Cazenovia and the surrounding areas. The views were absolutely gorgeous and if it hadn’t been raining, it would’ve been wonderful on all the beautiful decks. I didn’t get a chance to try the hot tub but it looked clean.
