Kama Kottage

Totally renovated ranch home with brand new kitchen, kitchen appliances and tiled walk in shower. Quiet country setting with beautiful views of woods and a pond. 11 acres and a primative cabin and woods to explore. Close to both Falconer, NY and Jamestown NY.
The space
You will also have access to the garage and can park one car in it.
Recently added a baby crib. Children are welcome.
Guest access
The house is 100% yours and 1/2 of the garage space.
Other things to note
The garage is for 1/2 owners use. The guest can use the other 1/2 only.

Wonderful stay. Property was as described and very clean. It is in a peaceful setting and feels like you are miles from everything when in fact you are just minutes away. Owners are very responsive. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

What an amazing getaway

This property, no wait, these host's are about the nicest people you could ever meet. The property is absolutely beautiful, clean and quiet. I would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone going on vacation near Jamestown NY... unless its when i want to go back, because i will absolutely choose them again. The house is very nice place the owners are very nice beautiful peaceful neighborhood this was my third year staying there for a week definitely my go to house to stay for a week every year I live in SA Texas and I have family that lives in the area i only plan my vacation there when house is available very beautiful all around

This is by far the best property we've stayed at! So clean, well-equipped, beautifully simple and has all the comforts of home. The view of the pond, the grounds and the surrounding area will be hard to beat. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We'll be back!

A beautiful and quiet place.

The pictures just dont do it justice. This is a well kept, beautiful home. I love some of the views, especially early in the morning when the sun is up. I loved all the amenities and the garage was really nice to have for storing the car. I will definitely be back again!

The home was wonderful they made our stay great. I loved how they had all the light switches labeled so you didn't have to try all of them to figure out what was what. The area was very quiet and our stay was very relaxing. We will definitely stay there again

Recommended!

We enjoyed staying at the Kama Kottage. The house is cozy and comfortable, and nicely appointed. We were there just before Christmas and the Christmas decorations were a nice touch.We also appreciated the prompt attention to cleaning off the driveway since we had a fair amount of snow. The location was great for our purposes and we look forward to booking this house again when in the area, especially when we can enjoy the sun room and the entire property.

Relaxing

The “cottage” is actually a quaint, comfortable 2-bedroom home situated on an 11-acre lot with a private pond. Country setting. Actually just a mile or so from the home I grew up in. Would stay here If available during future visits. The hosts are close by but unobtrusive. Responded to all my inquiries quickly and kindly.

Wonderful Retreat

The house and property were clean and inviting. It was a nice place to retreat and relax after a long day of working. A couple of things I noticed the kitchen could use is a smaller cutting board with a nonslip pad, utensils for the grill and a sharper set of knives. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your space with us. Look forward to staying at the Kama Kottage again in the future.

Peaceful and serine

This was a very enjoyable stay for us. The host was very accommodating and probably one of the best we have encountered. We enjoyed swimming and using the paddle boat in the pond. The property is kept pristine and we couldn't be more pleased with our stay

Great place to stay!

Wonderful little cottage with plenty of room for 4 adults to enjoy an extended family vacation. JoAnn and Henry are the nicest hosts and have maintained this property to the highest standards. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean beautiful house the whole place indoor and outdoor was awesome Henry and Joann was very nice people and I thank them for letting my family come spend time with me and my sister at there beautiful house my family enjoyed the beautiful house also had some fun at the pond on the boats I come home to see family every year there house is going to be my come back to I just hope when I come to visit the house will be available to book and stay as I don’t want to stay anywhere else thank you Henry and Joann for a very nice and beautiful place to stay

Paradise, simply

Jo and Henry are a beautiful couple and have a wonderful home that they offer travelers. The setting is perfect, the amenities are plentiful and thoughtful, and the owners may be some of the nicest people we've ever met. We have things left to do in NY and when we can get back you better believe it'll be at that little blue cottage.
