  • Beautifully updated Highlands Condo! Come stay at this impressive 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Highlands residence at Peek'n Peak Resort. Beautifully designed, this home offers spacious living and entertaining areas and a well equipped kitchen. The basement offers a large living room with an additional fireplace, utility room with a brand new washer and dryer, and two bedrooms. The main living room has new 75" smart TV, as well as a new 65" smart TV in the basement living room. Every bedroom also has TV's connected to Spectrum cable. Wifi throughout the entire residence. New furniture has been added to the main living room, as well as new outdoor patio furniture on the upper deck. New dining room table that seats 6 comfortably. Other living room and bedroom furniture is being replaced as quickly as the supply chain will allow. This home is close to both ski and golf as well as the 5 restaurants and other activities Peek'n Peak offers. It is our hope to make this residence as beautiful and comfortable for you to enjoy every time you have an event at the Peek.

    ** Peek'n Peak pool passes must be purchased at the main lodge upon your arrival.**

This property exceeded our expiations. It was very clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay and there was plenty of room for all of our family and friends. Close to the ski slopes and so cozy once we returned for the evening. Great communication with the host as well. We will definitely try and return for another winter or summer getaway.

Our stay was a threepete! We've loved staying here over the past few years, and this stay was awesome! Our host thought of some very nice touches, chips, candy basket, wine, water, plenty of Kurig Pods for everyone! We appreciate that this place is pet friendly, so we could bring them with us on our weekend. Check in/Check out processes were clear and easy. We had significant winds during the weekend, and Mark kept in touch with us checking in and letting us know what to do if we lost power. Appreciated that! Will return again!

Nice family get away

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark's property. There were so many thoughtful touches... lots of comfy blankets, snacks for our arrive and cute decorations for the holiday. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar and restaurant at the resort. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in western NY again.

A beautiful property with plenty of space for large family gatherings. We spent a weekend before Christmas and the decorations really helped set the festive mood.
