Long Island visit

This is a fantastic property in a beautiful location and well located to visit the rest of Long Island. If you want to visit New York by train I would recommend driving to the station at Ronkonkoma.

Lovely Home

Beautiful house. Spotless. Close to beach. Central AC and a great deck out back! Anthony was always available to answer questions. Kitchen supplies could be expanded a bit. Limited large bowls and cutlery. But overall it was lovely!

Lovely Home in Beautiful Jamesport Location

We rented this lovely home for my son's wedding weekend and it was absolutely wonderful and comfortable for the family, which included three children. The yard, the porch and back deck are fantastic and the downstairs is so spacious, the kitchen/living area terrific and comfortable for the family. The Master suite is beautiful and the other four bedrooms nice (only one closet though - but we made do). The owner and property manager are very nice and responsive. We had a great weekend in this lovely home!

Very lovely, updated and clean and nice. Covered, large back deck a big plus!

Relaxing, lovely and convenient spot, with feeling owner and responsive property manager took pride in pristine place. Roomy and private enough for our family. particularly with spacious covered deck, perfect rain and shine. In need of a few kitchen amenities such as cheese boards and toaster. But overall it offers much for an enjoyable stay. We will be fortunate to return.

Jamesport Vacation Week

House was perfect for our family of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 baby. Clean, spacious, up to date. Covered wrap around porch with large table and many sitting areas was perfect for dinners, games, or quiet reading. Yard was wonderful and beautifully landscaped, great backdrop for photos. Location was perfect for us for beach, wineries, and plenty of parking. Kitchen could use a few large bowls for preparing and serving meals. Owner and property manager were quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend and definitely rent again. Thank you !

Jamesport Gem!

We just spent 5 days in this beautiful home with 8 guests total. This house is perfect for a large group! Very spacious inside as well as outside with the wrap around porch and great outdoor deck space! The pictures are precise and located across the street is a beautiful beach! The kitchen is great for entertaining to include a warming drawer under the oven. However, it's equipped on a basic level. It didn't have any dish towels or dish cloths but they do now! The baths are equipped with towels but they're very small and not considered the normal size bath towels. You would want to bring your own if this isn't acceptable. No beach towels either. One plus to the kitchen was a beverage refrigerator nice for all those cold brews! Anthony (property mgr) is more than willing to answer any of your questions and truly does an excellent job with maintaining the house. It was our first trip to the area and now we're in love with Jamesport! We;ll be back and we'll definitely use this house again!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location!

This house is huge and really lovely. It was a terrific home base for our group of four, plus one infant. Beautiful hardwood floors, huge televisions (with tons of stations), absolutely gorgeous covered wraparound porch (we grilled in the rain) and terrace accessible from the master bedroom. Very convenient location, really close to the beach and vineyards, as well as the grocery store and Starbucks. The property manager, Anthony, was accessible at all times. My only suggestions would be to provide more than one house key - our group split up several times and people had to wait on the porch for the person with the key to return - and to have a clearly dedicated recycling trash can.

Amazing, clean and beautiful... we found absolutely nothing to complain about.

Probably my 25th rental... I rarely write reviews.... The entire place is brand new, beds, sheets (good quality not sand paper) So many rooms and all the porches with amazing views. The manager Anthony is attentive and helpfull. Every person who left this weekend was already to book agai😊 Thank you very much Ajay and Anthony for a perfect special weekend. The overhang on all the porches was the cherry on top😁.See you very soon!

Wonderful stay close to beach and wineries

The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly situated for a weekend of wineries and beach. Also has a beautiful kitchen and deck for grilling/entertaining. The master bedroom/bath is spectacular with its own balcony. The property manager was wonderful and accessible in case there was anything we needed. Could have been a few more things stocked (e.g. more towels, kitchen supplies, etc.) but overall had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again!

Spacious, Very Clean, Close to Beach and Wineries

The home was a pleasant surprize. The 5 bedrooms have a lot of storage place. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essential appliances and cooking utensils. Huge T.V. in the livingroom and kicthen. Fitered drinking water is a plus ! Extra towels and sheets, plenty of parking. Large wrap around porch and good size yard for kids.
