Everything else was good except the check in. During the check in, I was informed by the receptionist that breakfast was only for one person and asked to pay for my son’s breakfast if he were to eat breakfast with me despite of my booking statement indicating that breakfast was included. Over the night, I went back and forth with the front desk/3 different persons at the reception about honoring my booking statement to which I was informed that the travel agent was the one to blame and no resolution was provided. They refused to honor my booking statement and refused to refund my payment for my son’s breakfast. If there is a discrepancy between the hotel and the partnered travel agent, it should be between them not me as the customer. However, in the A.M, Mr. Hadi, the staff from the restaurant asked about my experience and shared the concerns with him. He understood my concern and informed me that he will have the issue resolved once management arrived. Unlike the receptionists, Mr. Hadi was the first staff that understood my concerns and provided resolution to which the payment made for my son’s breakfast refunded.
