Additionally, you and your guests are granted access to the shared outdoor pool for a refreshing stay.

The condo features a well-appointed kitchenette with a full-size fridge, electric oven, microwave, stovetop, blender, and coffee maker. No host, they didn't have our name when we were trying to check in. There were roaches all over the place. The place smelled really musty or foul.

The location is excellent. We were one block away from a little grocery store, one block from a doctor’s clinic that we ended up needing to access, 5 minutes to the beach, and 5-15 minutes walk to all sorts of great restaurants.Our host got back to us when we had questions. It is advertised as a space for up to 5 people, and we were fine with the layout, but would’ve appreciated a kitchen that was stocked for a family (such as a dish rack/kitchen towels—we ended up buying our own pan). Clothing storage and places to hang shower towels/beach towels are lacking. A fold-out rack for towels would’ve been extremely helpful.

The accomidations were excellent, but...There was HS band drummimg next door starting at 7pm that was HORRIBLE!So loud you could not talk to each other, it vibrated the windows, couldnt hear the TV or sleep.This went on for hours every night. Absolutely unacceptable. Complained to management but no response.Will never stay there again. Absolutely will NOT recommend this place.

Cute place, clean. Easy access to dining options. Spacious and had everything we needed. Negatives included the hot tub was not heated and during a heavy rain, there was a leak in the roof near the A/C unit. Overall,would definitely recommend. We did not go to the beach so not sure how beach access was.

Fantastic location and place to stay

It's like living in a gorgeous gated community a block off where all the fun happens. So easy to get in and out of and you really can't get a better place to be part of the Jaco downtown. The community is vibrant and colorful. Couldn't ask for a better location to stay. Place was clean and had great amenities including a huge pool area for kicking back. Would definitely book this place again!!! Pura Vida

Almost perfect

Property would have been perfect except for a broken toilet which never got fixed during the entire trip. Otherwise it was a very pleasant place to stay. Having a 2-in-1 washer/dryer unit proved to be a nice touch!

Time in Jaco

Great location, nice gated safe place to stay. Plus: location—close to beach, bars, stores—everything. Price was great. Negatives: The place looks more expansive in pictures. In reality one bedroom is a much tighter fit. When we arrived rug was sopping wet and we thought there might be a water problem or leak. But then we found the towels were wet, so we think things hadn’t dried from the cleaners work. But that created a bit of panic and communication wasn’t great with management team, but overall very good experience.

Excellent location!

The complex is in a great location for walking to anything you might need. Pool area was great! The place was exactly as shown but I would think it would be crowded with 4 people, it was perfect for the 2 of us. We would stay here again!
