Right on Jacó Beach, the home also provides comforts ranging from elevator access and air conditioning to a spacious kitchen and outdoor dining area. For those times when you can't totally 'get away from it all,' the condominium has free WiFi service, a desk, a chair, and a reading lamp to provide a comfortable and functional workstation with an excellent view of the Pacific.

Nestled in The Palms beachfront community on the west edge of Jacó Village, you'll be able to walk to the local markets, shops, and restaurants. Watch a movie at the nearby CCM Cinemas, then enjoy a meal at Las Olas restaurant down the street. Loved this place. Fabulous condo wonderful ammenites, huge space and deck with beautiful sunsets. It's about a 20 minute walk into town, but it's a nice walk. Highly recommennded.

Perfect beach get-away

Condo is exactly as advertised. We loved the immediate access to the beach, the amazing pool and amenities at Crocs, and the huge patio looking out at the ocean. I felt it was much more affordable than all the options in town for what you get. Don’t look any longer and BOOK NOW!

Wonderful Ocean Views

The views of the ocean from our balcony made our stay. Clean and spacious condo. The only negative was the lack of parking considering the number of condos. We were lucky that most of the condos were not occupied during our stay. Would stay here again.

Opening windows and balcony doors did not eliminate the smell.Kitchen sink clogged on Day 1 and dishwasher malfunctioned; both were fixed late (Day 5 and Day 6 of an 8‑night stay).We purchased cleaning supplies to mop floors and remove the odor ourselves.The guest room mattress sagged noticeably, and the pillows were hard.Communication and maintenance response times were slow.Bottom LineThe condo’s view and amenities are appealing, but unresolved moisture issues and delayed maintenance made our stay uncomfortable. Guests sensitive to mold or in need of prompt repairs may wish to confirm those concerns have been addressed before booking.

On the Ocean & Westerly View

Nov 15 -19, 2024. Very roomy, ocean front, 3rd floor, west facing is perfect. Nice grounds with access to large pool at Croc's Casino is great. Gated with 24 hr security is a bonus for anyone who is unsure. We never felt unsafe. Staff very friendly and conversant in english. Area is somewhat removed from the main tourist area which we liked. Strip is only 3km. Uber was super cheap and available. Jaco has a lot of things to offer. Good shopping, banks, restaurants, plenty to see and do. Would highly recommend. Unit is getting dated and some routine mainteance would be good. Very musty, moldy smell when we entered but this is everywhere in CR. Once we rain AC and cracked the patio door for couple days it improved. I assume unit had not been used for a week. Front door should be replaced. It's not that secure and lock acted up several times. Only 2 packs of laundary soap for 4 adults is not enough (we had already been travelling for 10 days). Ran out of toilet paper last day. Some simple things that cost nothing would go a long way. I would rate this 3.5 stars.

Excellent, Spacious and Comfortable

This is a spotless, spacious, well-appointed, 3rd floor condo. Location is excellent. Very quiet. Gorgeous Oceanfront View from the Massive Balcony! Excellent parking lot staff helped us park, fast lifts. Our unit had free access to Croc’s Casino’s pool next door through a private entrance. Private pool on site also. Very comfortable and safe place to stay with enormous balcony. Fully appointed kitchen and excellent A/C units and ceiling fans! Easy check-In/Out. Thank you for the memories. Would definitely stay here again.

Just as expected

This property was spotless and just as the pictures showed. The balcony was a beautiful spot to sit and watch and listen to the ocean. We enjoyed the pool on the property as well as the Crocs Resort pool next door. Would highly recommend this property and hope to return sometime soon !

Quick stay, Great view

The view at this location was spectacular. The porch and the sound of the waves crashing was extremely relaxing. The property is a bit off the beaten path, which made it quiet but wasn’t crazy about the parking situation. There was a gated area but there wasn’t enough parking for all guests. There was a security guard on duty but we ended up having to park on the street. The place was clean and would be perfect for a family. My husband and I came in late to the property and the code we were given did not work. We sat outside with our bags while The team provided at least 3 other codes via text and phone calls before one worked. We had been driving for 3 hours and were ready to drop our bags off to get food before it got too late, so this was a little frustrating. I will say that Everyone was super nice and finally a code was sent that worked. Be sure to ask for a code to the beach, as this was not given at Check-in and we were not able to access until the following day when guest services was onsite to provide us a code and wrist band to access neighboring pools shown in the pictures. While we had several issues, I am giving still giving it a 4 star because views were great and place was very clean.

Perfect place on the beach.

Overall was very good and we would stay again. Only reason for a 4 on rental manager is because I got a couple of responses that she was out for a week. There was an alternative number, but since we were still out a bit, we waited for her return. We did have an issue with the lock that we had to wait on maintenance and she was quick to respond. And the reason for the 4 is that there was a cup left on the balcony with tea or something in it and a couple of towels that were left in the washer that smelled bad and coincidentally so did the washer.

Girls Trip

We just spend 10 days at this condo. The pictures are exactly what you get. The Condo had everything we needed. The management company was excellent and responded quickly when contacted. We spent so much time on the balcony reading and just watching and listening to the waves. The Condo is walking distance into town, and we felt safe in the area. We found a perfect little pub that sold craft beers in town called The Beer House owned by Canadians and met so many new friends. Lots of great beach bars and eating places in Jaco. Perfect place to stay.

Perfect beach condo!

My family and I stayed for a week in This tasteful condo and it has everything you will need for the perfect vacation! The Beds were extremely comfortable and pictures do not show how big this place is! It’s so spacious and the patio is Amazing! It also has a Hamic that was wonderful to relax in and watch the huge iguanas that live in front of this property. Security was ever present and the staff was more than happy to help in any way! It’s very close to shopping and a grocery store similar to Walmart. The casino next door was nice to be able to use! Food was good but a bit pricey. Their pool was beautiful but very busy. We used the pool in front of the condo mostly because it was quiet but it was great to have the two options. We loved this place and highly recommend it!

Fantastic stay w/ one caviot

We loved the place and the location and the staff. However, both of the beds mattresses were worn out and very uncomfortable. I had to wake and shift my body at least every hour, and so did the other individual in the other room. Other than that, it was really great, and we appreciate the opportunity to stay there.
