Pool is super close. definitely rent a golf cart to go to other parts of the Marriott property. the view is awesome. the beach located behind the condo is a public beach that people do drive on. the noise caught me a little off guard from the beach. it wasn't terrible just I was hoping from private beach access with no noise. We loved the condo. We would stay again and the HRG employees are great and very helpful with everything including booking tours and excursions.

Little piece of paradise

This is our 3rd time to stay at this property and it never dissapoints. From sitting on patio watching the macaws to the pool being right across the drive and the responsiveness of the rental company. You will love this property!!!!

Planning return trip immediately

I have been to Costa Rica many times and enjoyed each visit. However nothing compares to our time this past weekend. We just returned this evening and all of us cannot get over how incredible this condo is. It is absolutely the only place we will consider in the future. Very appropriately priced for 3 BR and I cannot recommend it enough. We had an amazing time, 3 couples were able to stay together and enjoy everything Los Suenos has to offer. Maid service was fantastic, the furnishings are beautiful and we cannot wait to book again in April!!! If you are considering a trip to this area, even if you plan to be in Jaco, this IS the place to stay. Thank you to all the HRG staff that made this such a memorable trip!! The owner of this property has exceeded our expectations!!!

Awesome Business Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went down with 4 clients and all stayed in the condo. The condo was the perfect size - big deck overlooking the water, full kitchen, 2 baths, 3 BR & a living room. There was a daily maid service, which was badly needed since we were a bunch of slobs. We rented a 6-person golf cart, which I highly recommend. We were approximately 2 miles away from the marina. I feel as though this was the quiet side of the property. There was a pool and hot tub right outside the front door, but not many people around. If you want a little more action and would like to be able to walk to the beach club, then I would recommend staying on the other side. I would recommend this side for a little more peace and quiet or if you are traveling with kids.
