The Space:

This two-story house offers breathtaking views of the mountain jungle and ocean. With private parking, a laundry room, and a spacious living area on the first floor, you'll be immersed in natural light and panoramic views through the large windows.

The living room features plush oversized sofas, perfect for relaxation and taking in the panoramic scenery. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area seamlessly connect, providing a delightful space to prepare and serve delicious meals while enjoying the captivating vista. This floor also features a full bathroom.





BEDROOMS



As you ascend the stairs, a hand-painted mural guides you to the second floor, where you'll find two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a large tv mounted on the wall for your entertainment. It also has a ceiling fan and an AC unit. There are large windows to enjoy the amazing vista of the mountains and ocean, and a glass door that opens to a balcony, offering spectacular views. This master bedroom also has a private bathroom for your comfort.

The second bedroom provides a cozy queen-size bed, elegant lighting, and ample windows showcasing the stunning natural surroundings. This bedroom also has an ensuite full bathroom, closet space, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.

For additional flexibility, the third floor unveils a charming mezzanine, complete with a pull-out sofa bed and an extra mattress. With its comfortable furnishings and breathtaking views, it serves as a private retreat or an ideal space for accommodating additional guests.



OUTDOOR AREA



Outside, our property continues to impress with its abundant outdoor space. Revel in the serenity of nature as you relax on the balcony, sip your morning coffee on the patio, or bask in the sun on the private balcony. Whether you feel like unwinding amidst lush greenery or simply taking in the picturesque landscape, our outdoor area has something to offer for everyone.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all of the house but the owner's Closet and Safe in the Master Bedroom, any locked cabinets in the house and utility room.



The Neighborhood:

Because of its altitude Cerro Fresco -meaning “cool hill”, always has a fresh breeze and very pleasant temperature. There are many beautiful homes and retreats in this area due to the amazing ocean views and exorbitant jungle. If you enjoy nature, wildlife, and the sound of cicadas… this is the place for you. This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful all around. This area is also full of beautiful birds all year round! Toucans, scarlet macaws, kiskadees… Also lots of monkeys, sloths, coatimundis and other native mammals are a daily sight making this location perfect for birdwatching lovers and wildlife photography enthusiasts.



There are plenty of trails to explore and hike!

You will not find restaurants or supermarkets nearby but you will find everything you need at just a short drive to Playa Hermosa where you will find wonderful beachfront restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the best waves for surfing!



Getting Around:

We recommend to our guests the use of 4x4 vehicles since the road to home can be very steep, slippery when it rains, cracked and narrow for certain vehicles.



Renting a car or booking a dedicated daily driver for your group are the best two options that we can help accommodate for your trip in order to move around town with ease.



We don't recommend trying to rely on taxi service or Uber due to the fact that rates might be too high and service coverage will not always be available in the area.
