Topsail Dunes Beach Condo - Oceanfront! First Floor! Ramp Access!

You are only steps to the beach in our first floor ocean front condo with stunning views of the Atlantic. Walk the beach collecting shells or hunt for crabs at night at North Topsail Beach with its laid back family environment. Enjoy the ocean air on a quiet walk at sunrise or spot the occasional pod of dolphins passing by. There is plenty to do with an onsite community pool and pavilion area including pirate ship playground, basketball court, bocce ball, corn hole and grilling area.

Comfortable condo with two bedrooms and everything you'll need to enjoy a beach vacation! Covered deck area provides views of the ocean. Ramps provide convenient access to and from the parking lot. Linens are included. Beach equipment is provided, including 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas and a variety of sand toys for the kids.

Topsail Dunes is a family friendly condominium community. Stay and enjoy the pool and other amenities or take a short 5 minute walk down the beach to a nearby ice cream shop! A convenience store and Tiki Bar are a 15 minute walk or quick 1 minute car ride. Across four generations and 35 years, our family has created so many wonderful memories while staying at Topsail Dunes. Come visit North Topsail Beach and make some memories of your own!

First timers to Topsail

We have been looking for a beach vacation away from the retail experience and this fit the bill perfectly. Beach and beach access were top notch. Kids loved being able to do the beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon. Food options were limited but sufficient. Vibe was laid back and family oriented. Bada Bing italian ice was a nice spot for a cool down. Condo had everything we could ask for, chairs and umbrella were super useful and owner was available for anything we needed. Plenty of parking close to the building. We plan to book again!

Topsail Dunes

We thorougly enjoyed our stay. The location was great being secluded gor the beach and pool side of things butcstill a short drive to plenty of shopping and restaurants. And with my husband being disabled the ramps and rlevator were a definite plus. Would highly recommend it for anyone who wants a relaxing getaway. Hope to go back again in the spring.

The property was in a great location and very clean. Only recommendation is for Ben to invest in a Shibumi for the guests. Carrying the umbrellas was a chore and keeping them upright in the wind was a challenge. Otherwise everything was superb and as expected and advertised.

This condo was clean, provided easy access to both the parking lot and the beach, and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The property owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would love to return this unit.
