  • This recently refurbished one bedroom, oceanfront condo sits on the 4th floor of the south Sandcastles condo with spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. The condo has a large screen TV in the living room, new furniture in the living room and bedroom, fast speed WiFi and a beautifully appointed bathroom with a his and hers sink. Easy access to the Amelia Island Plantation amenities, including spa, shops, bike paths and restaurants.

Everything we had wanted! The view is everything and the villa is lovely and spacious. Fantastic location with easy access to beach, pool, restaurants, shopping. Hope to book again soon. Also - Cucina South (Italian) is nearby and its fantastic!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Southern Shores Sandcastles unit. Perfect position where witnessing beautiful sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the trees. Decor so pretty that I took notes. Really grateful for letting us our dog too. Everything was just clean and thoughtfully done right . Thank you for allowing us to rent from you.

Area is beautiful and the view from this condo is gorgeous. Our son loved the onsite pool and having the ocean within walking distance. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. Thanks for a great stay!

Sandcastles is a great location. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Its great to have an extra sink outside the main bathroom and appreciated the shelf, extra places to hang towels Really liked the desk in the bedroom as a place to work and the dresser was great - lots of drawer space for clothes. Huge closet to store extra items we brought for our trip. . It was so nice to have an end unit.
