The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom offers 2 twin size beds and a trundle. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV for your entertainment. Step outside to enjoy direct beach access and breathtaking ocean views.



The Space:

This ground-floor unit is equipped with a full kitchen that is stocked with all the essentials. Everything in the kitchen is new. There is abundant seating at the counter and a small table. The comfortable couch and chair add to the space for relaxing and enjoying company. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are well appointed and offer guests a luxurious stay.



Take a dip in the community pool. SeaShell Dunes is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with all the modern amenities you need for a memorable stay.



Guest Access:

The unit is located on the ground floor. Enter through the secure gate and park in the designated spot with the permit found inside the unit.

All properties are self-check-in

You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival

You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival



DEPOSIT INFORMATION

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property



OTHER FEES:

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit

*FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 31-60 DAYS OF THE RESERVATION: 50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION IS REFUNDABLE

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival.

We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for emergencies.
