From your private balcony, the ocean stretches wide in front of you, offering a peaceful place to pause before settling into the day. Soft coastal breezes move through the living space, inviting you to slow down and enjoy the ease of being right at the water's edge. Sorry, No pets.

Living space
This oceanfront condo offers uninterrupted shoreline views and a comfortable setting designed for longer stays. Natural light fills the open living and dining area, and large windows keep the Atlantic always within sight. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and WiFi help maintain an easy, settled routine whether you are relaxing, streaming, or working remotely. A 30-day minimum stay ensures the space remains suited to guests seeking a more grounded coastal experience.

Sleeping arrangements
Up to 8 guests can settle in across 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom features two full-size beds along with its own balcony access and beach views. Both rooms are arranged to support comfort during extended visits.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides the essentials for preparing meals at home, with full-size appliances and space to cook at your own pace. A nearby dining table offers a natural place to gather, plan the day, or spread out with work. A coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator support the flow of daily routines.

Outdoor living
Balcony spaces extend the home outward, giving you a quiet perch above the sand and surf. Whether you step outside for a moment of fresh air or to listen to the waves in the evening, the outdoor areas keep you closely connected to the coastline.

Convenience & essentials
A washer and dryer simplify longer stays, and bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided. A TV with standard cable and a dedicated workspace support both downtime and remote work. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Parking & location
Free parking is available on the premises, including garage parking for 2 vehicles. Set in Ponte Vedra Beach, the condo offers a scenic coastal environment with direct proximity to the ocean while remaining away from heavy crowds. A pool is available on the property, adding another option for time spent outdoors.

Spinnakers

The view from terrace was beautiful and it was so nice to see the array of birds each morning. The condo was spacious and well equipped, the kitchen and baths were updated, but the living room and bedrooms could use updating. Overall, however, it was a wonderful stay.
