Beautiful oceanfront 1 bed/1 bath ground-level condo located in gated Sawgrass beach club. Experience spectacular sunrises and walks on the beach.

This condo has been fully renovated and beautifully furnished for your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and everything you need to cook at home if you want. Lots of fine and casual dining nearby and just 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine.

In this condo, you can enjoy a king-size bed, a large TV, WIFI, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, washer and dryer, covered outdoor patio with endless views, access to a private pool and more!

The sofa bed in the living room accommodates an extra guest if necessary.

Surf Villa is the perfect oceanfront condo to offer a relaxing family/couples stay at an amazing beach!

The unit is eligible for temporary membership to the Sawgrass Country Club for a FEE. (Guests must purchase membership separately.) For more inquiries, please reach out to us.

I felt very much at peace at Surf Villa. The proximity to the beach and views are so relaxing. Sawgrass is one place that's always made me feel comfortable and at home, The unit is updated was very clean and very well equipped. The host was so kind, and very accommodating. Our 4 night stay at Janet's condo on the beautiful Pete Vedra Beach was far too brief, but so wonderful. The condo was spotlessly clean, so well-appointed and deeply comfortable and the decor and location so calming that we hated to leave, but I did get to return a few days later to retrieve my favorite hat. And I hated to leave all over again! With the close proximity to the beach when it was beach weather and the super close proximity to the covered lanai when it was raining, we truly enjoyed our four days of rain and shine immensely. The beach was so quiet and the sand so pristine compared to our busy Delaware beaches. But my absolute favorite part was having the ability to lay on the beach under the stars at night with no one in sight or beach patrol as we have here, kicking us off. To watch the lightning off in the distance over the ocean from the beach or the lanai had such a calming effect on my nervous system. I have thought about our time there every single day since we got back a few weeks ago. Thank you for having everything we need at Janet, for the multitude of beach, chairs, and umbrellas and for your awesome communication! 10 stars for both the house and the host!

This place will be my go to when visiting the Ponte Vedra area!!! It’s home away from home. Beautifully appointed and clean. Also the perfect location with beachfront views and close proximity to everything the area has to offer. Which is everything!! Janet is a gracious host. I highly recommend staying in the home away from home. Perfect!!

Great location and great property!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice - clean, updated decor, well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable bed and furniture and a big screen TV for watching Wimbledon! Beach chairs and umbrellas were also available for use. This is one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway. Janet was a great host!

Amazing Surf Villa

We really enjoyed our stay! The villa is beautifully decorated, comfy couch and chairs. We loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the sound of the ocean and walking the beach. The unit was well equipped and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Wedding Weekend

My wife and I stayed at the condo during our wedding weekend. The condo was a perfect retreat for us - totally relaxing with an amazing setting right on the beach. The interior is fabulous and totally updated. I can't recommend this place strongly enough - a peaceful beach oasis close to everything. Janet, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful as well. If you're looking for the perfect spot on the beach, this is it!
