Family Beach Vacation

Feels like home!

Property was large, very clean and in great condition! The house had so much room and was nicely decorated with high quality furniture including beds - plenty of nice outdoor chairs/tables too!!! We loved all the porches! It was like being at home with all that was provided (kitchen utensils, dishes, spices, pots, pans, storage bags/containers, trash bags; beach chairs, umbrellas and toys; pack and play for baby). This was the first time we’ve rented a duplex … We are used to having full privacy and an unobstructed view of the beach from everywhere. Here main level deck was semi private with full privacy elsewhere - great views of beach from 2nd and 3rd level with main level view of pool and beach. What we gave up here, we gained in convenience to the pool which we needed since we wanted to enjoy the outdoors while staying close to a napping baby indoors :) No complaints … just something to be aware when renting a duplex with pool vs full house.Location was convenient - close to grocery. Maggie was great! Friendly, quick to respond and super helpful!

This spotless well appointed beachfront house with pool and great views of the Ocean was an excellent find. Maggie was very helpful and would respond immediately when we had questions. Beach chairs, body boards and a clean bbq grill with an extra tank of propane are ready to be enjoyed. Plenty of chairs on the deck to take in the view. This unit was like going to a friends house. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house to everyone

Great place to stay

This was our second visit to this property. House has all the amenities you need, and really appreciated the fantastic set of kitchen knives which were actually sharp, which is a first for us having stayed in several other VRBOs. House is great, proximity to the pool and beach were also a hit.

Vacation

Great location, house is very comfortable and well stocked. Except that a new blender is needed. Plastic from the cover of the blender got into my smoothie which was unsafe. There was bug in the master bath on the 3rd floor and the deck. Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Week in beautiful North Topsail

My family and I had a wonderful week. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, the place was beautifully decorated without too being too much and the owners were a delight and extremely responsive. The location is fantastic being right on the beach and the hot tub was nice to have with it being a little cooler. All in all, a wonderful experience, we would stay here again!

Amazing Rental

The property is beautiful and even better than the pictures in the listing. Ease of access to the pool and beach were wonderful since we were there with our two small children. The hot tub is awesome! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, and the fact that the owners leave spices, coffee filters, hand soap, etc. instead of tossing them/making renters procure them is a bonus. There was a tropical storm while we were there. Communications about the storm were prompt and greatly appreciated; and the indoor amenities (and vast space inside the property) resulted in us actually enjoying our “inside day” - with two little ones at the beach, that’s really saying something. The beds were all extremely comfortable, which can be hit or miss in rentals and we all slept great. The only slight issue we had was that the elevator stopped working one hour before checkout, so we had to carry things down the stairs. This was not a huge issue, but it made move out a little bit more challenging than it would have otherwise been. We did not contact the property manager/owner about this issue since we were headed out and capable of using the stairs; but given our experience with them, I am 100% confident they’d have addressed if we had asked. I would absolutely rebook at this property. It’s hands down the best NC beach rental at which we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay.

August vacation!

The place was awesome,everything was at are fingertips from the pool to the twenty five steps to the ocean.The only issue the ice machine wasn’t working witch the owner brought ice and ordered a new timer for the refrigerator,would definitely STAY there again!!

Outstanding, great location for us being right by the pool. Unit was in great condition, well decorated, gave a warm feeling. Considering the many homes and condos we have rented over the past 50 plus years, this was the one that was best equipped/supplied. More then enough plates, mugs, table wear, pots, pans, cutting boards, sharp knives, coffee makers, etc. Very easy check in and checkout procedures.

North Topsail 1st Timers

Our family of 10 ( 5 adults and 5 kiddos from ages 1-10 ) very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a perfect location to the beach and shared pool. The house offered many amenities and was very clean. The owner brought us ice when we needed it bc the ice maker wasn't working properly. We cooked nearly all our meals in the home and had everything we needed including kids items in the kitchen. The beach is great. Close to the pier and busy but not crowded. The house had lots to offer as far as chairs and sand toys go as well. We could go on and on. It was just very nice and perfect for what our family needed. Definitely recommend!!

Loved this Place!

This property was really perfect for our gang! We found the house very clean and so beautifully decorated! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals in and found everything we needed. The pool was directly in from of condo so very easy access to both pool and beach. We were initially a little hesitant because we have only stayed in houses but this gave you plenty of privacy and also an opportunity to meet your neighbors if you desire.

Perfect Beach House!

Had everything we needed for a beach trip for our family. The location in the complex could not be better! Pool right in front of the property and beach just beyond that. Would definitely vacation here again!

Wonderful Rental On The Beach!

Absolutely pristine rental on the beach with the easiest pool access in the community. We loved our stay and appreciated everything about the house. From the thoughtful kid touches (even outlet protectors!) to the great selection of beach gear- Maggie and Kenneth’s place is tops. If we ever come back to Topsail, we will 100% stay again. Thank you for providing such a great space for our family vacation!
