This condo offers expanded cable, WiFi and access to a beautiful private pool, sauna and gym Gated oceanfront building with 2 elevators centrally located close to Jacksonville Beach’s best restaurants, bars and attractions. Available February- September weekly and October- January weekly and monthly. Rates exclude taxes & fees and Holidays.

We have stayed at other units in this building and really enjoyed Rami's unit. It has a lovely view of the beach and the bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. We had lots of bath towels and lots of beach toys in the closet. We stayed here for 8 weeks and had a few minor hiccups initially but Rami was very responsive and they were resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has a beautiful ocean view, is beautifully decorated, and a very well equipped kitchen. It was important to be close to the Mayo Clinic (12 minutes) since my husband was recuperating from 2 brain surgeries there. We were very impressed with the gated facility, it is very secure and safe. When we go back for his Mayo check ups, we hope to find this condo available again!

Outstanding!!!!

We had a great week sharing this condo w/ another couple! The place is super nice and the location is extremely convenient to many food options & shopping. The balcony is very large and is a great hang out place to watch the ocean. The beach is really nice and very spacious with a nice new walk path from the condo. Communication w/Rami & Jessica was stellar & very helpful during Hurricane Milton. Overall we are extremely happy with our decision to stay here.

Initially the condo looked very clean but when entering there was a strong smell of mold. It turns out the love seat had a very strong mold and mildew odor-so strong we could not sit on it. The day we were leaving a 2 inch cockroach came running out of the bathroom.

Very clean, easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Easy check in and check out. Very quiet neighborhood. Seemed like a high end condo. I will definitely stay here again. They had everything we needed. An ocean view from the master suite and living room. Nice kitchen with all of the amenities you would want. Great condo unit, with a gorgeous beach view. Super clean, well equipped and maintained, with a full kitchen, comfortable living areas, and nice bedrooms and baths. It was very nice to have the hot tub on a cool December day, and plenty of good dining options in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Thanksgiving in JAX

Our stay was great! There were many extras provided - beach chairs and towels, paper towels, dishwasher pods and liquid, toilet paper and more! We could check in and get right down to relaxing and enjoying time with our son. There were clear instructions for the televisions and many restaurant and activity recommendations. Responses to questions and concerns were quick! It was a wonderful trip and we look forward to staying here again some time in the future.

Great stay again!

This is our second time staying at this property and it was a perfect stay once again. Rami, the host, is very attentive to any questions or requests that we had. Extremely quick at replying and was so accommodating. The condo is clean, spacious and has so many extras that are so appreciated. Stocked kitchen, stocked towels and what was so appreciated was the additional beach items. We had beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, everything that is impossible to bring on a flight down. We will absolutely stay here again!
