Bright and airy villa with phenomenal ocean views! Welcome to 1138 Beach Walker, a 2-bedroom-plus-loft oceanfront villa offering plenty of room for six people and boasting fantastic natural light.

Truly one of the best spots in Amelia Island Plantation, this property has a wonderful layout with birds-eye ocean views from the kitchen/dining area and the living room, which opens up to a private balcony.

The unit has been furnished with both comfort and style in mind, making it the ultimate beach retreat. With gorgeous tile flooring throughout, the unique design offers two bedrooms on the second level as well as a separate loft space on the third, which features two twin beds.

Conveniently located, 1138 Beach Walker is just a short stroll to the boardwalk that takes you to the large, spacious complex pool and beautiful beach. You can host meals at the dining table that seats six while relishing the stellar panoramic views.

While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking and walking trails of the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP.) The gated AIP community is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.

Driving north on Amelia Island, guests can reach the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach and feast on the eclectic dining options.

Golf is available at many great courses in the area, including Little Sandy and Oak Marsh within the AIP community. Nearby, bike and golf cart rentals are also available through many local vendors.

As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals through our partnership with local vendors.

*Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!

Amazing Location

We absolutely loved our stay here! We have little two girls and they had so much space. They used the upstairs as a playroom. The views were incredible and being on Omni property was awesome. We rented a golf cart and took it all over the plantation. Beach was quiet and beautiful and the pool was wonderful. We will be back!

Lovely oceanfront accommodations

My husband and I stayed for a conference at the Omni. Unit was very clean and was thoughtfully appointed. Even had coffee and treats waiting. There were just the two of us, but would Easily sleep 6 (king and 4 twins). Bathrooms were updated with glass frameless shower in the Master. Full ocean view over the pool. Back bedrooms had a distant view of the river. Would definitely select this unit again.

Fantastic views and great accommodations

we really enjoyed this property. Great views. Nice furnishings. Very clean. If you want to cook anything, I recommend you bring your own pans as the ones provided were scratched and not very nice.- but everything else was super.

Great condo and an amazing location

This condo is located very near to the Omni resort. The neighborhood is truly amazing - lots of trees with beautiful spanish moss on this - great looking houses all around. A wonderful place to go for a walk, The condo itself has a really nice setup - with 2 bedrooms and a loft. The view ... is spectacular - you overlook both the pool and the beach. We ended up spending a lot of time on the balcony due to that view. The place was clean, easy to access, and we loved it.

Lovely Condo

Condo was clean, updated, and had beautiful ocean views. Tropical Storm Nicole shortened our stay, but would definitely come back to this condo. Enjoyed it very much.

Beach Paradise

We love Amelia Island and always prefer Omni Plantation/Beach Walker because of the secluded feel, and the gorgeous ocean views. Walking among those gorgeous, very old Live Oaks draped with Spanish Moss on the way to the beach always makes me feel I’m in another place and time. Amelia Island is my favorite beach to visit We hope to retire there in the. not so distant future. We will stay at 1138 Beach Walker Rd again. It was very clean and the view was amazing.

Great Location!

Property was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids under 12). Walk to beach was nice, pool was great, and location on property allowed us to do so many things.

Great Location!

They were very responsive with questions and any issues (only one and not within their control). The views on both sides of the condo were very pretty and had such a remote feel to it. The twins in the loft were smaller, which may make it hard if it’s a group of 4 or more adults. The pool was wonderful - added bonus was having bathrooms poolside. It was very hard place to leave - we would go back in a heartbeat!

Vacation and visiting familt

Very easy to rent online and great communication with management. No problem with check in or during our stay. Building is a little old, with only one elevator, but pool was delightful, view was spectacular and loved being on the Omni Plantation resort. Would highly recommend staying at this villa!

Beautiful views, great property rental company

This villa has gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. The kitchen is well stocked. Communication and clear directions from Destination Amelia were first rate. Probably the best written instructions I've ever seen. Apparently there was a change in the door code on our way down there. Ryan both called us and emailed to make sure we had the updated code. Thanks to the owners for the clear directions on TVs/DVDs, etc. It is rare owners do this, and is a big help. Also, light switches were labeled. The one suggestion I'd offer to the owners is to update your family room sofa and chairs to more comfortable furniture. I understand rental furniture takes a beating, and don't expect brand new. But this is a really gorgeous villa, and some comfy furnishings would be in line. Beds were comfy . Appreciated all the supplies furnished. Definitely a nice touch. We had a great week!
