  • ****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The building is undergoing exterior improvements through September 2026 weather permitting. The project is nearing completion, and current work is in a slightly less disruptive phase compared to earlier stages although noise is still expected during weekday working hours. Guests may notice activity such as noise, equipment, or dust between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday. No work occurs on weekends. Rates have been adjusted accordingly during this period.

    The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and has a magnificent 3rd floor view of the Atlantic Ocean. Recent renovations freshen the large comfortable living area. The newly remodeled kitchen opens into the living room. All rooms have recently been painted. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV as well as a private refreshed bath and closet space. The first guest room has a queen and a twin bed, while the second guest room has a full and twin bed. All linens in this unit are part of an off-site sterilization program. There is a new washer and dryer, stove-top, microwave and refrigerator in the unit for your convenience. The expansive private balcony has four chairs and a dining table so you can enjoy your meals watching and listening to the surf roll in, or enjoy the rocking chairs on balcony as the sunlight turns to stars and you relax enjoying the ocean's evening breeze. For quiet evenings inside you can enjoy the new 55” television, or keep in touch with friends or stream with secure wi-fi.

    Occupants have full access and use of the island's only private 1,000 ft pier to enjoy some fishing or a relaxing stroll, or lounge by the large swimming pool overlooking the beach. This property also offers two tennis courts and a wonderful outdoor dining and grilling area with a beautiful views! Amelia by the Sea is a gated complex with open parking for 2 vehicles per unit. This luxury beach condo is centrally located to everything on the island. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are all within walking distance or a short drive .

A bit dated interior but still very good. Views are great, loaded with amenities, prop mgr extremely responsive via text, AC works great, plenty of interior furniture for the space.

We have been coming to Amelia by the Sea for almost 2 decades. It’s always a lot of fun. This unit was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy and shower was hot! We will be back soon!

Very nice stay. Beach view from third floor porch was excellent. Fishing pier is a definite perk. Master bath is dated but functional. Pool and gate entrances are managed well and functional. Overall, very happy and priced appropriately.

Unit was clean and had a nice view with a large patio. The property is well-located and it’s nice that the pool is oceanfront. Note: Property did not provide beach towels or other beach supplies that are typically at rentals of this type, so bring your own if you plan to swim or sit on the beach.

This was our 3rd time at Amelia by the Sea . Our family has grown so we needed a unit w 3 bdr. The unit was very spacious for a family of 6 w a toddler. Not a lot of kid proofing needed , big plus. Loved the quiet atmosphere pool cleaned , pier being private with 3 fishermen who could come and go as they pleased . The unit had everything you could ask for provided. Spacious balcony . Love the gated key card out to beach and off property . Felt very safe - and my family safety is #1 priority

The view was absolutely amazing. Great location! Amelia Island getaway was wonderful to work with. Available and a pleasure. They made sure that they made our stay wonderful! The house was clean. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation spot for the family!

The condo was an excellent choice for our family Labor Day getaway. The bedrooms were furnished to provide adequate sleeping arrangements for our family. We loved the view of the pier since our family is a “fishing family!” Easy access to the beach and pool was a plis with our younger children. We would choose to stay in the condo again!

View was exceptional from nice size balcony of ocean sunrise. Pool on beachside large and clean with easy access to pier. Enjoyed views from room balcony , while at the pool after easy access to beach and from the pier !!! Family activities all around.

Beautiful getaway

Beautiful property with lots of things to do. Fishing, swimming, finding shells. Close by restaurant with live music and fun atmosphere. Definitely will be back
