Welcome to Sand Dollar Villas in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island! This Beach Front Condo has exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean and sugary sand beaches. We're the second unit closest to the beach, on the first level and amazing southeastern views from private balcony. This beautiful and immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been recently remodeled and upgraded - has everything you and your family will need. In addition to phenomenal views, comfortable amenities, and convenient location, there is a large deck with patio table and chairs where you can relax after a day at the beach or enjoy coffee as the sunrises. Take a walk down the private boardwalk where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful and quietest beaches on the island. At night enjoy moonlight walks on the beach and listen to the waves; a more romantic place just doesn't exist. Washer and Dryer, linens, a dining room table with 5 chairs and a bench, free wireless high speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen are just a few of the amenities this property has to offer. The master bedroom has a soft queen bed and a private master bathroom. There's also a queen bed in the guest bedroom along with a super comfortable fold out sofa that sleeps two. Fast Wifi, Large 55" HD Smart TVs w/ cable and Netflix too! Located just minutes from historical downtown Fernandina beach and many incredible restaurants, dining experiences, night life and shops. Also walking distance to The Surf where you can enjoy great food, libations, and local flare!

We absolutely loved this condo and our entire stay here! It was clean, spacious, and overall very nice! Great views. The pictures don’t reflect it but they have updated it to have vinyl flooring in the main areas which is a super nice touch, especially for being at the beach! Our host, Brian, was very kind and easy to communicate with. They had a binder filled with GREAT recommendations. The beach was beautiful and we loved that it was just a short walk away. Not crowded too! Overall, a fantastic place to stay. We’ll be coming back & suggesting to all our family and friends!

This was one of the quietest places we have stayed at. Cute little VRBO, had everything we needed. Easy access to pool and the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to avoid the big crowds. Had a great stay.

We loved our stay here! First time visitors and we will be back. The condo is very pretty in decor and we loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. Brian, the owner, was so accomodating and truly wanted us to enjoy our stay.

Best Place on the Beach!

This property was everything that you could ask for in a vacation getaway. The photographs are true to life. The property was very neat and clean. We could not have asked anything more. You are literally just steps from the beach. The owners were phenomenal with communication and offered amazing suggestions for things to do/where to eat and shop. It was also perfectly quiet! The beach was never crowded. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and would look to this property first before attempting to book another trip!It is also in a prefect location for day trips! Ft. Clinch, St. Augustine, Jax Beach, Savannah, Jekyll Island and even Hilton Head (we did all of these!).
Pier a short walk from condo.
I have been to Fernandina more times than I can count and this is the first time I have seen a starfish!

Perfect for Family with small Children

Comfortable and great location to downtown, Fort Clinch and of course the beach. Check in was easy and Brian gave great instructions and information about the area about 4 weeks before our arrival.We hope to stay here again.Gave 4 stars because it could use a deep clean around the corners and baseboards.
