Living space
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors connect the main living area to an unbroken view of the ocean, with natural light pouring in throughout the day. A comfortable seating area and a streaming TV give you a place to unwind after time on the beach, while air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep things comfortable regardless of the season. A private entrance and self check-in via keypad mean you can arrive whenever suits you.

Outdoor living
Expect to spend a good portion of your stay on the oceanfront balcony - sipping coffee as the sun comes up over the water, or watching the sky change color in the evening. The view is available at any hour, and the private boardwalk just below puts the beach less than a minute from your door.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms sleep up to 4 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access - ideal for anyone who wants a quiet ocean view before the rest of the group is up. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is located near a full bathroom. A half bath on the main level rounds out the layout for a group of four.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, plus dishes and silverware. Eat at the dining table or grab a stool at the breakfast bar - the ocean stays in view either way.

Bathrooms & laundry
Both full bathrooms come with a bathtub and the essentials you'd expect. An in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to handle sandy clothes or freshen up mid-stay.

Amenities & essentials
Wifi and a dedicated workspace are on hand if you need to stay connected during your trip. Beach towels and chairs are provided for your time by the shore. The condo includes a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note: this property does not have a carbon monoxide alarm - the host has confirmed one isn't required here, but feel free to reach out with any questions.

Parking & access
Free parking on-site accommodates up to 2 vehicles, making it simple to explore the coast at your own pace. Self check-in via keypad means no need to coordinate arrival times. Please note this property requires a minimum stay of two (2) weeks.

Neighborhood
Jacksonville Beach runs along Florida's Atlantic coast, where the ocean shapes the rhythm of daily life. Restaurants, shops, and local attractions are all close by, but with direct beach access from the condo itself, most days here tend to revolve around the water just outside.

These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
