Wake up to the sound of waves at this light-filled oceanfront villa. A wall of glass opens to a private balcony where morning coffee comes with endless Atlantic views. Inside, the open layout blends a coastal living room (smart TV and comfy seating) with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances, a long breakfast bar, and a dining area perfect for lingering meals after the beach.

Ocean Villa 2 offers two serene king bedrooms and two updated bathrooms - a spa like ensuite with a walk-in rain shower plus a guest bath with a tub/shower combo. Thoughtful touches include an in-unit washer/dryer, stylish coastal decor, and plenty of natural light throughout. You're just steps to the sand, so bring your swimsuits and settle into easy, barefoot living.

Traveling with a larger group? The lower villa is also available to rent, and the two can be booked together for extra space and privacy - an ideal setup for families or friends traveling as a group. Sleeps up to 6.

I had to make a quick booking for a last minute appointment at the Mayo Clinic. Originally we chose a hotel but so glad we changed to this condo. Everything in the condo was perfect and clean. The view from the balcony was incredible in the afternoon as the moon appeared over the water and the sunrise was incredible to see. Access to the beach was perfect with the stairs right out of the door on the balcony. I will definitely book this place again if we visit in the future. Thank you for the quick responses as well.

We felt right at home! The home was very clean, beds were firm, ended up moving from the master to the guest bedroom which had a more contour feeling. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked which is truly a blessing and appreciated. And that VIEW was amazing. If I had to pick something to improve is the WiFi, my partner and I work remote and it was painfully slow, the other thing would be the water pressure in the master bathroom. But everything was fantastic. I NEVER stay at the same place twice but this is the exception, if I’m ever in Jax as long as the pup can come I’d stay here again. Highly recommend! The comunicación was spot on also.

Perfect across the board shy of second bathroom shower/tub having no running water (I travel with 3 women and a second bath is a must).We hesitated to even bring that up because of what an awesome space this is, knowing how accommodating the host was we are confident that one issue will be fixed in no time. Thank you for sharing this beachfront slice of heaven that is so convenient to everything.

Wonderful Place to Stay

My family and I had a great time. The place was clean and conveniently located. It has a great view of the ocean and the perfect sunrise. Those handling the check in and overall experience were very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful

We had a great time here! The condo is very well maintained. It was spotless when we arrived and beautifully decorated. It was well-stocked with essentials--plates, glasses, pans and baking dishes, a Keurig, and a drip coffee maker. You cannot beat the view. The balcony is large and has plenty of furniture to use to watch the sunrise. The property managers were great and very responsive. The location is near a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

Great location and excellent view!!

This 2 bedroom condo is in a central location for Jax Beach and more. The view is undeniably beautiful. Master BR and updated bath are awesome. 2nd bed and bath very comfortable. Kitchen has modern amenities and well stocked with the basics. The patio overlooking the ocean is the place to be. Coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Much needed fall break

I brought 3 of my young adult children and a friend for a much needed fall break. Driving in (a Sunday evening), we came through a busy, crowded, and somewhat rowdy area. We were so thankful that we’d chosen a property just outside that neighborhood…. we had all the conveniences anyone could possibly hope for, without all the loud nighttime activity we avoid. None of us will forget stepping into the foyer hall and then turning the corner to the most amazing view! This condo had giant double door sliders that opened to a never ending view of the ocean! Sunrises were stunning! Having a fully equipped “home” was priceless…. we were unable to pack all of our usual beach paraphernalia due to bringing a smaller vehicle, but we missed nothing, because, to our surprise, this place had it ALL. The private entrance from the parking lot was perfect… and so easy. The private stairs down from the (securely locked) deck made it a breeze for everyone to come and go to the beach. Miranda and Jacob were amazing and attentive and I feel like I’ve made new friends. We all very much needed a peaceful break, and that’s exactly what we got.

Beach Week

We enjoyed staying at this condo on Jax Beach. It was very clean and well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. I had a little issue unlocking the door because I was following the written instructions that were emailed to me. I didn’t realize that I needed to read the note on the door as well. My only real complaint is that the master bath has poor water pressure when you flush the toilet. You can’t wash your hands in the sink right after flushing without getting water all over the counter. Other than that, we would stay there again.

Steps from the beach

We liked our stay and would stay again. Clean, updated property, right on the beach with a private entrance. There were a few things that were stressful with a 1-year-old (railings on the balcony seemed far enough apart that he could slip through, coffee table easily tipped over on top of him, no outlet covers, cleaning supplies open and easily accessible under the cabinets, stove knobs at his eye level, carrying him over a sand dune to get to the beach), but we managed for 2 nights. Luckily we had 4 adults who could watch over him constantly. Overall very nice, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach getaway.

Great Place!

We had everything we needed, and more! I couldn't figure out the lock (totally my fault) and they were quick to respond, and communication was easy. Waking up to the beach was amazing. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
