OCEAN SIGHTS AND SOUNDS is Family Friendly!

  • Ubicado en la hermosa isla de Amelia, impecablemente decorado, el condominio frente al mar ofrece lo mejor de todos los mundos. A solo una corta caminata del Parque Estatal Fort Clinch, donde puede caminar, andar en bicicleta y pescar desde un espectacular muelle de un cuarto de milla de largo. Aproximadamente a dos millas del centro histórico de Fernandina Beach, donde las calles adoquinadas están adornadas con casas de estilo victoriano, buena cocina y pintorescas tiendas minoristas.

    Cama de matrimonio en la habitación principal, dos gemelas en el segundo dormitorio abierto y sofá cama doble desplegable en el estudio. Excelentes vistas al mar y la playa desde su terraza privada.

    Esperamos darle la bienvenida pronto.

The perfect location! Very clean and equipped with everything you could need. The balcony is perfect for hanging out and looking at the beautiful beach while having coffee in the morning. So nice to step out the door and put your toes in the sand. Enjoyed our stay tremendously and will definitely be back! Thanks for the memories!

This place is amazing! First time at Fernandina Beach and won’t be the last!The owner set it up like a hotel and more. Soap at every sink, trash bags ready to go, how could we not love this place?! Did we mention the elevator is just outside the condo? And there’s a beach bar within crawling distance! Just an awesome place to stay. Bravo and we’ll see you again soon!

The view from the balcony was spectacular. We loved the location and the proximity to beach. The property was clean, furnished nicely, and had everything we needed for our stay.

We have a great time and the condo was amazing! Loved what they did adding the wall to make the 2nd bedroom. Worked out for my family perfectly. We found a lot of sharks teeth which is one of our favorite things to do along with going out to eat. Great vacation!!!!!

Comforts of Home

This is fantastic condo to rent and we'll definitely be back. It had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to extra toiletries, beach needs, and comfortable beds. Very clean, well furnished, and the converted area with the twin beds was perfect for our two teenagers.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, very clean and a great location, short drive to restaurants and stores The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Great view of the beach also!

Our Host was very responsive to all of our questions and could not have been any better of a Host. The unit was very well equipped and extremely clean. The views from the Balcony were wonderful and very relaxing. We plan to be back!

We have been coming to Amelia Island for 8 years and this is the best place we have ever stayed at!! The view from the balcony was amazing and the access to the beach was fantastic!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo and we hope we will be able to again next year!!

What an awesome rental! It was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very well stocked. Appreciated the updates on the unit that the owner made…door on guest bedroom and shower in master bath. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing! The location was great. The beach and Salt Life and Sandbar were very close. Easy to bike to downtown. Parking there is no longer free. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I definitely hope to stay there again as we love Fernandina Beach.
