This GROUND FLOOR CORNER UNIT provides a quiet retreat, new furnishings, flooring, bedding and all large smart flat screen TVs providing guests with a most welcoming and comfortable stay. The large master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, private bath. Guest bedroom has twin beds, TV, adjoining bath. Dining room seats six. Living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV, new sofa / love seat, and high-speed Wifi internet access. The fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining laundry offering a full size washer/dryer. Small outdoor stone patio with table/chairs offers private outdoor relaxation/dining with beautiful tree canopy views. Newly renovated pool on property. A short walk to access the beach, the shops, spa, restaurants, and mini-putt at the Amelia Island Resort Village. Or go explore and easily enjoy all the amenities and activities Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach has to offer including swimming, hiking, golf, tennis, biking, fishing, and dining.

Wonderful family vacation!

Loved the location of this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The twin beds were hard and both bedrooms had sheer curtains, which let in light from the hallways, the bedrooms should have darker light blocking shades. We would love to stay here again!

Good value, but a bit dated

Love Amelia, and Beachwood is nicely nestled in the tree canopy keeping the car shaded and not too far of a walk to the beach. While the unit is partially updated, it could use some more love. It is nice being on the ground floor, but the patio space is really small with just dirt so not really usable. We had a minor issue that the property manager handled immediately.

Needs updating

We we’re suppose to stay in the condo below, but the renters before had trashed it so bad that the rental manager moved us to this unit. Process and manager was great!!! But this unit needs an update badly. Not sure the amount of money we paid was worth the accommodations. All the mattresses need to be thrown away!!!! They’re sunk in!!!! The master bathroom was soooooooo tiny. You had to close the door to be able to get in the shower. We made the best of it since we were only staying 3 nights. But those mattresses, whew!!! Great area!!!! Very quiet!!!! Close to the beach access. I would go back to this property, but prefer a different condo

Disappointed

We have been coming to Amelia island multiple times a year for 23 years. This is the first time we stayed at the Omni. Unfortunately this was definitely near the bottom of our stays. The dishwasher was filled with dishes and the dryer was filled with towels when we arrived so we got to do the previous client’s dishes and laundry. There were bugs in the unit and the water pressure was extremely minimal. Finding parking near the unit was also an issue. When we asked the security guard at the gate for help finding the pool she was very rude and unhelpful. Next time we will go back to our usual complex.

Convenient spot near beach and Omni hotel.

We rented this for our son and his family, as our place, 2034 Beachwood that is rented sometimes, is in the same building. It was very convenient for them and for us. They loved being able to go in just a few minutes to the Omni hotel and the beach.
