Start making memories at "Oyster Beach." This 2-story townhome, nestled below stunning oak trees, is just one block away from the beach and a 5-minute drive to historic downtown Fernandina. The condo is newly renovated in a comfy, light, beachy feel. The oversized great room, with large flat screen TV, leads to beautiful private deck that offers the best view in Forest Ridge. Relax to the soothing sounds from the pond's two fountains right outside your door and enjoy a view of the community pool and tennis courts. The updated kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped for any of your cooking needs.

The master bedroom, with king bed, large double closets has a private entrance to the main bath. The second bedroom has two queens, large closet and flat screen TV. The home includes a full washer and dryer and convenient powder room downstairs.

Multiple condo family vacation

Loved the condo. The windows and being on first floor was Golden and right next to the pool. The place was nicely updated considering it being an older condo and the open floor plan was perfect for gathering after the pool or beach and/or game nights. There was a mishap with the pool pass from last renter but Cindy made sure we got a new one right away. Only con is the vents though out the condo need to be cleaned. Would definitely be back for sure!

Florida Condo Stay

The property was very nice and in a great location. However, I think it needs some updating - mainly cleaning and some painting. Also, I think for elderly renters there should be a grab bar in the shower (especially since the tub has a fairly high lip). Overall we were very pleased.

Fabulous!

Our family of 4 (myself, husband and two daughters 17 and 20) absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, very cute, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed! The beds were super comfy, and we were pleasantly surprised that the master had a king bed (I think it was listed as a queen?) The view off the back balcony is private and lovely. We fed the turtles every day, enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts and the beach! The walk to the beach is short and safe. The beach itself is beautiful and was not crowded at all! We rode our bikes all around! The communication with Cindy was fantastic. She answered all our questions and was super helpful. Anytime I reached out, she responded quickly! If you are looking for a great place to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach, don’t hesitate to book this condo!

The perfect vacation spot!

Our town house was perfect! The best location in the community, the deck overlooks the pond and has a great view of the pool. The inside was spotless, beautiful open concept, with a kitchen that had everything we might need. We especially enjoyed the deck, a great place to read or enjoy a cocktail, not to mention watching the turtles.

Perfection!

The condo was everything we could ask for. So cute and clean and a great location. My youngest and I loved feeding the turtles from the balcony every morning. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need…seriously bring your clothes and Cindy takes care of the rest. She even had gifts for us when we arrived. My brother and wife live on the island so we will definitely be back to stay in this adorable condo!

A perfect Oasis

What a great experience! This Condo housed our family of 5 very well. It is definitely one of the better units for the view overlooking the pond and pool. The turtles in the pond stole the show! The kids loved feeding them everyday and even named them all. The pool was always clean and the convenience of having the water house available made it easy to clean off the chairs and toys from the beach. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad and a beach wagon made it much easier. Would absolutely stay again when we travel back to Amelia Island!

Beach condo with everything you need, in an older complex just a block or two from a really nice stretch of beach. Less than 10-minute drive to the main drag, Centre Street. View of pool, pond and tennis courts. My kids loved feeding the turtles!

Great condo close to beach

Great accommodations that are close to the beach! Within walking distance to a few restaurants and short drive to downtown. Pool and tennis courts were in great shape. Loved the patio and being able to feed the turtles from it. So nice to have the 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom for our teenagers. Kitchen well equipped, beach towels, chairs etc provided. Would recommend.

A relaxing view with nice amenities

We had a great time at the property. This unit may be the best on the property. The views are onto wooded areas or the pond, rather than other units. And it was super close to the pool and tennis courts, which is great if you forget anything you need. The 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom were perfect for my 2 teenage sons. Trying to squeeze two 6 footers into one queen would not have gone over well. The walk to the beach was short and the access does not have a parking lot, which means a bit less people. The kitchen is lightly outfitted, which worked great for us because we had planned to eat dinners out. If you are looking to do some serious cooking, you might need to get inventive. The owner was very responsive to my messages and any needs we had. We will definitely consider staying here again.

My wife and I and two boys (5 & 2) stayed at Cindy's property just last week. All as advertised, very clean and updated with all the essentials provided. It is obvious once you walk in that Cindy cares about her property and keeps it very well maintained. The pool was great to enjoy after a day at the beach, the binder or recommended restaurants and activities were great too! Would recommend!

Beach Spring Break April 2022

Perfect for our family of 5(3 boys 23,19,14)! Loved the open kitchen/living room with deck overlooking the pond and view of the pool. Turtles loved getting their snacks everyday. Easy walk to the beach. Unit was clean and very cozy and beach decor added to the charm. We like to cook so there was plenty of cookware and nice size fridge Cindy was an amazing host and left a few surprises for us on arrival. We loved the Fernandina beach area. Will definitely be back!

Don't pass this condo up! Great location, short walk to beach access. Central location with short drive to anywhere on the island. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Very informative packet of island info provided by host, Cindy. Cindy has been very thoughtful providing some extras and responds to any questions quickly. A great condo and host! Don't pass this one up for a great time on Amelia Island.
