If pets are brought without approval, we reserve right charge additional cleaning fee up to $250, This is a No-Smoking house, smoking penalty of minimum $599 applies

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 3.25% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per PAYMENT PROCESSER. This applies to ALL bookings.
