Luxurious Resort Villa with Lake Views, Short Stroll to Beach!

Destination Amelia is pleased to present this beautiful 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bathroom vacation rental in Beach Wood Villas, located on the desirable south end of Amelia Island. This two-level property has been thoughtfully updated and decorated with sophisticated comfort in mind. From the main area, two of the bedrooms, and the back patio, guests can enjoy beautiful views of the Little Sandy golf course and Red Maple Lake.

2129 Beach Wood Villas is a townhouse-style condo offering an open and inviting layout. On the first floor, guests will find the kitchen and dining area open to the main living area. There is a half bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer. The back patio is the perfect spot for watching golfers during the day or sunset during the evening hours. There is plenty of seating and a gas grill is provided.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms have their own full-size attached private bath. Sleeping arrangements are ideal for a large family or two smaller families, with a king bed in the main bedroom, two two twin beds and a bunk bed in the second bedroom, and another king bed in the third bedroom. The main bedroom also has a private balcony facing the golf course and lake.

This condo is situated in a great location, with the closest Beach Wood complex pool a 2-minute walk away and beach access is just across the street. The gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) is a sprawling community beloved for its miles of walking/biking trails and community spaces. Tucked within the AIP is also the Omni Amelia Island Resort, which offers excellent dining and activity options. The main hotel and nearby shopping village are within walking distance and have a nature center, mini golf, and a full spa.

Guests also enjoy venturing north into the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District to partake in unique shopping and dining options. There are also a number of nice restaurants located on the south end of the island within a few miles of our property. Bike and/or golf carts can be rented from nearby vendors.

As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals and save on a 4- or 6-passenger cart rental.

Please be advised the owner of this property does have a Ring doorbell camera that is active.

Also, please note that this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!

What a comfortable property in a great location. Just a few minutes to the beach and a few steps to the pool. We loved the big family room and the kitchen and dining area were perfect for our two families. The management company was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

Tranquil Thanksgiving

We had a lovely family holiday in this townhome. It was comfortable, cozy and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was a bit hard to see at night but was in a lovely location overlooking the golf course with a nice walking trail. We loved that each room had its own bathroom (although I preferred my own fluffier bath towels) and the bedroom with the extra beds was perfect to shelter a few college students who couldn’t make it home for the holiday. There was ample seating, lighting and tv’s to enjoy family and private time. Everything was well thought out and accommodated our needs very nicely.

Great Stay for Wedding at Amelia

We had a wonderful stay at this property while we were in Amelia for a wedding. The place was nicely decorated (as pictured) and the space was laid out well for our group of 7. We had a great time! Remember to take things like shampoo and coffee items, but hair dryers were provided. Restaurants are close by and easy access. We would stay there again.

A Perfect Week

We have been visiting Amelia Island for several years for our family's summer outings. This condo was perfect for us. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well equipped to create some wonderful meals. The beach is just a short walk down the boardwalk and a beautiful pool even closer.

Great Location - close to everything!

We walked to the pool and beach. And road our bikes to the village shops, mini golf and restaurants. It was a perfect location! Inside the unit had everything we needed! Loved enjoying coffee on the back deck and the grill was very nice and easy to use. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Plenty of beach/pool towels. All appliances were in good working condition. Would highly recommend this unit to all. In our party we had two moms with 4 kids (12, 10, 9 and 8). We had to make one service call into property management and they were out within 2 hours to fix the issue (wasp nest by the back gate).

Beautiful Townhome

Excellent location! Close to pool and the beach. Very nice view of golf course and river from large patio. The townhome is very well equipped, every detail was thought of. The management company was courteous and quick to respond to any inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

Wonderful townhouse in a beautiful, quiet area. Very close to the beach and to reastaurants and shops. The home is well equipped and there is a nice patio out back to relax and have dinner and drinks. The pool is very close, as well. The property managers were very friendly and helpful. Home away from home

We needed last minute accommodations due to a death in the family. After a long drive, this place was just what we needed. It was peaceful and we appreciated having space from each other after a 14 hour drive. The beach was walking distance and we loved watching the sun rise.

Amazing Condo on Amelia!

Loved this condo and will stay here again! We had a week vacation with college age kids, and this condo accommodated all 6 of us easily. We loved the patio (and could see the pool from our place), living area, kitchen, and bedrooms. Beautifully decorated with a wonderful view. Short walk to the beach on a lovely shaded path. We used the pool daily as well as rode our bikes throughout the resort. Absolutely loved Amelia Island and would always choose to stay on the resort and at this condo. Excellent communication with the home's manager before and throughout our stay!

Amelia Island and the location of this condo exceeded my expectations. The location to the beach was a very short walk and the view of the golf course was lovely. The condo was very attractively decorated and comfortable.

Great spot- the location is so quiet and lovely. Easy for beach, pool, multiple restaurants, bike rentals (and if you have kids, some basic putt-putt). This unit however needs some updates in the bathrooms, and a deep cleaning. Under the tables/nightstands, lots of dirt. Bathroom grout is moldy and dirty. Loved the overall picture and decor is cute but bathroom work and cleanliness is a future must.

Beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable furnishings and beautifully decorated.....nothing flashy, just a cool, soothing color scheme and plenty of space for my group of 4 women to sit around and yack. Nice outdoor space overlooking the golf course and just a few steps to the pool. It's typical Amelia Island Plantation.....peaceful, quiet, and stunningly beautiful surroundings. I usually visit every year so I'll keep your property info for next time. Thank you!
