Observe el amanecer sobre el océano desde su habitación, sala de estar, comedor, cocina o balcón en este condominio frente al mar bellamente decorado, para no fumadores, en el tercer piso. Este condominio se encuentra a pocos pasos del mundialmente famoso Ritz Carlton Hotel, incluye dos piscinas de tamaño completo, cuatro canchas de tenis de arcilla iluminadas, así como senderos para bicicletas y senderos a la sombra.

El Surf and Racquet Club es un complejo privado, seguro y bellamente ajardinado, convenientemente ubicado en el área de Summer Beach en Amelia Island. . El entorno se encuentra en un exuberante bosque costero de hamacas con dunas de arena directamente en el océano. Gran parte de la copa del árbol permanece intacta. El salón incluye un sofá cama. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas en la mesa y hay 2 taburetes adicionales en el bar de la cocina. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario. Tenemos una lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo disponible en el condominio.

A solo 40 minutos del aeropuerto de Jacksonville, Amelia Island tiene kilómetros de senderos para caminar y caminar a través de los robles del interior. The place was great. Plenty of room. Clean. Had trouble getting in the gate at check in time. Nobody answering phone to get code. Otherwise no problems at all. Nice place to stay!

The TV in the living room and 1 bed room did not work The unit had not been cleaned upon our arrival - house keeping arrived in about 1 hour bathroom exhaust fan were terrible loud (replace them) lamp in living room did not work unless we plugged it in manual the tvs were never fixed

We enjoyed being on the beach and had a nice family vacation. We did not rate 5 stars because we messaged the host twice while staying in the condo with multiple concerns and never had a response. We sent pictures of our concerns also. The condo needs to be deep cleaned, if the condo would have been properly cleaned or the host even acknowledged our concerns it would have received 5 stars.

Host was so helpful and very responsive to my questions. Great location! Beautiful view. The only recommendation would be to look at the wall plugs, they are very loose. It was hard to keep anything plugged into the walls. This happens after some time.

Enjoyed this home at Amelia Island! Right on the beach with a beautiful pool. Sunrise in the morning right from the balcony with coffee can’t be missed. Very comfortable for our family. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The property was very nice. It could use some minor updates such as a keypad lock for the entry door, (this is the first time in several years that i have had to keep,track of a door key). The masterbath shower needs a new faucet, it was very hard to adjust. We had to clean cigarette butts off of the balcony.Overall the property was nice and we would stay there again.

The property is run down and needs updating everywhere -- even the pots and pans looked like they'd been through a war. It is close to the beach and pool and has lovely views. Maybe pick a better property in the same location.

Generally a lovely place

AC worked well, was accurate, and was not loud. The clothes washer did not work the whole time. The part needed to fix it took several days to arrive so we had to find a laundromat in town. The dishwasher worked albeit old. Toaster was not working well. The door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close unless you are very strong. A water main broke, so the tennis courts were closed the whole week we were there. The swimming pools were lovely and the beach access was great. Our host Leslie was helpful and communicative.

Upon arrival the instructions given to us were to call “security“ however there was no number for security listed or provided. When called the property manager, no one answered, and after an 8 Hour drive we sat outside the gate for over 40 minutes until a random guest opened it and let us in. Then as we arrived at the front door, the black lock box where the keys were would not open no matter what we tried, after about 20 minutes of trying the cleaning lady open the door and attempted to open the lock box and get us the keys as well and it took her over 20 minutes. Finally, the property manager answered my call and I advised her what was going on with the box and she replied with “yes, that has been giving us some troubles.” the room was very clean, however, this was the worst condo I’ve ever stayed in. You have to be Hercules to open the sliding glass door, all of the blinds broke the moment you tried to open them, the microwave did not work, the shower only worked if you had it on the hot water, and the lack of communication from the property manager was incredibly frustrating. Additionally , the elevator broke and the door to the stairs had vomit on it and was never cleaned. The location is great and a quick walk to the beach. There is a side view of the ocean and the beds are comfortable. The AC worked great and we were comfortably cool.pools were also good. I have been visiting this beach now for eight years and have to say I will not be staying back in this location.

Baseball weekend tournament

The location is great and property/ unit is outdated. Few light blubs in the unit were out. The master bathroom shower wasn't working at all. Try to contact the owners before check-in and during but no response at all. No communication from owner during stay. Since it's owned privately, the facility office won't be able to help at all. The amount of money is charged wasn't worth the unit. Just honest review.

Beautiful location, good price, needs updates...

Give me the beach and the sunshine and I am typically happy in any situation!The home when we entered appeared to be exactly as pictured! No smells and carpets in bedrooms appeared clean and kept which i was worried about being at the beach!Everything you need in the kitchen, minus the toaster needs replaced because it burned our bagel every morning on the lowest setting.The towels provided had stains in both bathrooms so we opted to use our beach towels. The facets need an upgrade in both the sinks and the showers in additional to the shower liner being changed in the main bath. The fan in the main bath was also broken and sounded like a fire hazard.Overall it its a beautiful location and we enjoyed our week but the property itself needs some work.

Beautiful Vacation Home and Destination

We loved our stay at the condo. The view is beautiful from the bedroom and balcony. The living area was especially comfy and no problem with any electronics. I would only say the tub plumbing in both bathrooms were a little tricky to get shower, or tub to cut off or get proper temp control. The information for the condo was a bit confusing as the emails were different from posted information. Also, the twin beds have plastic covers on them, which we understand are great for kids, but I had two adults staying in there who said they crinkled all night. Overall, it was a beautiful condo really nicely furnished and we totally enjoyed the beach and the amenities and getting a chance to get away for a few days. we would definitely book this condo agai

Location, location, location! The views were spectacular with easy beach access. The condo needs updated and some basic maintenance (filters need replaced and vents need cleaned), there was a lot of dust and dirt. Overall, the cleaning fee didn’t seem justified.

Pledge the Pink Weekend

Two couples stayed in this comfortable roomie condo. We did a 30 mile walk for breast cancer over the weekend. two other highlights were visiting the American Beach museum, and the nearby distillery.The condo could use some attention, particularly washing the carpets. Kitchen is small, but stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Host did not answer our questions regarding check out.
