Complimentary WiFi to ensure you stay connected. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, and a beach wagon - with assigned off-street parking. Wander to local hotspots like Beach Hut Café, Salt Life Food Shack, and Green Room Brewery, or adventure to TPC Sawgrass and Jacksonville Zoo within 30 minutes. The exterior construction maintenance at our building is FINISHED! :)



Laundry facilities are available - and are located on the main parking level. Additional directions for them are provided in the condo. Some amenities are nearby - an additional fee may be required. Golf, Bike Rental, etc.



This condo is located in the Beachcomber complex. All specific details are provided with a confirmed reservation. We have a brand new set of mattresses as well as king topper. **We have a brand new King Mattress that just arrived on March 30, 2026! Exciting! And we make the bed with an additional King Topper for more comfort.

We loved the location and loved how the unit was stocked with just about everything you need. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon were a nice touch. It was great to have a week to wake up to the sun shining in the bedroom and not needing an alarm clock!

The condo was perfect and very comfortable. I was aware there was some construction going on, and I did question that before I booked. I was told said there was still some minor construction work which was incorrect. If you sat out on your deck, you either looked out at scaffolding, workers or a dumpster. The host was very kind to let me extend my stays and gave me a late check out time as I had an early appointment the Mayo Clinic. I would definitely book again, but would want to make sure there was no construction going on..

Great little getaway

The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and organized. Checking in and out was very easy. The location was very convenient...near the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This spot was perfect for the two of us. We loved the location near the beach and the layout and space were just what was advertised. It was nearby the places we got together with family. Easy to find, clean, well appointed. It was our first attempt at a VRBO reservation and we now hope to use one again in the future.

Great for a short stay

My husband used the place to heal after a medical procedure. While he was a little surprised by how small the place was, he said it was cute and sufficient for his needs. He wanted to be walkable to the beach. His only criticism was that it wasn’t the cleanest of places, but it served its purpose. Thank you!

Perfect couples condo

Clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen (in terms of pots/pans/ utensils and dinner ware. We we MOST impressed by the quick response by the host. We needed a heavier blanket and they brought it within a few hours! The shower pressure was good. The bed was king sized, comfy with plenty of fluffy pillows! The location was perfect for the price - just a short walk to the beach. There is a dog park next door where lots of locals go in the morning. Really, a perfect home base for the holidays as we were gone through the day and the. Cooked fresh seafood in the evenings! Cheers to 2025 and many returns to the beachcomber!

Third time in this spot and really enjoy the one flight of steps to the condo, pool location and beach access. Very comfortable! The downside was the limit on the bath towels for a week stay......not good. Pool area needs some TLC, finally cut the grass during our stay as it was overgrown.

Merci à Sue pour son accueil et ses conseils. Pas vraiment de vue sur la mer. Dog friendly mais pas vraiment de facilité pour les chiens sur le site du condo, on doit se rendre au parc pour un peu de gazon et on doit laisser chien dans l’appart lorsqu’on profite de la piscine car chien n’est pas admis dans la zone piscine. Ceci pourrait être amélioré
