  • Step inside Fun in the Sun, a bright and comfortable condo tucked inside the sought-after Sawgrass Beach Club community in Ponte Vedra Beach. A short walk brings you to the Atlantic shore, where mornings start with salt air and soft sand beneath your feet. Sorry, no pets.

    ​Living space
    The open-plan layout is anchored by a plush king-size Murphy bed that folds away to open up your living area. A full-size hide-a-bed accommodates a third guest with ease. A ceiling fan and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round, while the HDTV and dedicated workspace mean you're covered whether you're unwinding or catching up on work.

    ​Kitchen & dining
    The fully equipped kitchen features KitchenAid appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics you need. A dining table rounds out the space for relaxed meals in.

    ​Bathroom
    The bathroom includes a hair dryer and everything you need for a comfortable stay. A washer and dryer are available in-unit - perfect for freshening up after a day at the beach.

    ​Location
    Sawgrass Beach Club sits just steps from one of Florida's most beautiful stretches of coastline. You're also close to local restaurants, shops, and the renowned golf of Ponte Vedra Beach.

     
    Please note: This property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Golf & Country Club amenities are private - guests have access only to the community pool and the beach access point. There is no parking at the beach access point.

The unit was okay,

Our stay included two weekends the host did not respond to any of our concerns either weekend. Property host shouldn’t take the weekends off. Having said that the washer and dryer was very hard to access, lacking cookware, the unit was on the dirty side, The pool is at a different location, the listing is misleading. The club house, pools next to our unit are for members only.

Unit is nicely renovated, very clean and new feeling. second bed folds out of a cabinet and works well.

Perfect Getaway for a Break From Life

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My 1st solo vacation ever! The condo was immaculate, well-decorated, and the bed was comfortable. There’s also a full Murphy bed if needed. The beach is a short stroll by the country club across the street. It’s a great spot, quiet area, and I’ve never felt safer. Condo is above a small child care center, but I never heard a thing. The office is a phone call away for any questions, and they’re very pleasant. I could’ve stayed a month! 2-3 people could stay comfortably. I look forward to coming back again! 10 Stars!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We use to live in PVB and love coming back to visit. The condo was perfect for 3 people. Would be helpful to have instructions for the 2nd bed. Difficult to figure out how to get bed out. Would also suggest getting a few new beach chairs. We will be back to stay in the future.
