Respect Our Home & Neighbors
Leave the home in the same condition you found it. After 10:00 PM, please keep noise levels low to respect our neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A $900 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke removal is required.

Strict No-Party Policy & Guest Limit
No parties or events are allowed. If a party occurs, a $350 inconvenience fee will apply in addition to extra cleaning and damage costs. The total number of guests must not exceed 6. Unauthorized guests will result in immediate removal without refund. If law enforcement is called to the property for any reason (party, noise complaint, disturbance, etc.), a $700 police response fee will be charged in addition to the $350 inconvenience fee and any extra cleaning or damage fees. Immediate removal will follow.

Plumbing & Drain Care
Flush only toilet paper. Feminine products, wet wipes, or anything else can damage our plumbing. Keep drains free of oil and grease. Dispose of cooking fats properly to prevent clogs.

Pet Policy
We’re delighted to welcome your furry friends! The first pet stays free. A $50 additional cleaning fee applies for a second pet, billed through VRBO after booking. Guests are responsible for any damages, stains, or excessive dirt caused by their pets. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply. Please clean up after your pet, including in the backyard. Be mindful of other guests and neighbors.

As a pet-friendly home, you may occasionally notice a stray pet hair despite our rigorous cleaning routine. This does not reflect a compromise in our high standards but rather our commitment to inclusivity.
